The industrial revolution is currently entering an increasingly advanced era with the support of internet use and digitalization. The 4.0 industrial revolution that is currently developing changes the records of all fields, including the world of education. The incessant flow of information that occurs at this time requires individuals to be able to organize into useful data. The information obtained can change the mindset of individuals. Strengthening character and identity is important so that individuals do not lose their identity. The role and position of educational leadership at this time must also be in line with these developments. Because with these developments, interactions and communication that occur in schools will change, both in terms of patterns and communication tools. The existence of technological developments will affect the principal's interaction pattern as an educational leader with all school residents (teachers, staff, and students). For the principal's leadership behaviors and teacher behavior and student behavior to remain in a good corridor, the Pancasila leadership is important and becomes the basis for behaving.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character learning variables (X) on the strengthening of student character (Y). The study was conducted using the quantitative-causality method. The instrument used to measure the research variables was a questionnaire. The research sample was 80 Islamic Junior High School teachers in Jombang Regency. Analysis of the data used is descriptive and simple regression. The results of descriptive analysis of the data show: the character learning variable (X) is included in the quite good category with an average of 96.71; and the student character strengthening variable (Y) is included in the quite good category with an average of 55.33. The results of a simple regression analysis showed that there was an influence of the character learning variable (X) on the strengthening of student character (Y). The resulting regression coefficients are: Ŷ = 10.496 + 0.464X. The contribution of character learning variable (X) to the strengthening of student character (Y) was 23.3%.
The aim of this research was to find out a suitable curriculum-management strategy as an effort to effective the online learning carried out by early childhood educators in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic in several cities in Indonesia. Data collected by using literature studies and conducted using survey approach of descriptive research method. The sample in this study were early childhood educators in several cities in Indonesia. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents and conducted from March to June 2020. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The effectiveness of online learning at early childhood institutions in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic has not been effective. From this research, we find that some of early childhood educators didn't carry out learning in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic.

While this type of research used is case Studies. Data collection procedure using interview and observation techniques. As for the impact of the implementation of this learning system at Surya Buana Modern Islamic Boarding School, students can take formal lessons at the boarding school area online with more discipline and supervision and they can follow face-to-face diniyah lessons while maintaining health protocols.
