Purpose of the study: This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation model of technology-based entrepreneurship education in Higher Education with business incubators. Methodology: This qualitative research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta as an entrepreneurial-based University Studied documents and obtain data about the implementation of the Business Incubator in entrepreneurship education in Higher Education. The data collection method used were surveys and interviews, reviewing data and documents on the development of business incubators, as well as following the Development of lecturers’ shared perceptions in teaching and developing entrepreneurship through lesson plan development meetings, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Main Findings: The University establishes a policy of developing digital entrepreneurship with performance indicators that are the target of shared performance, it requires business incubator facilities, financing, cooperation program assistance, expert facilitators, as well as providing opportunities for start-up businesses to develop. The curriculum is developed and evaluated with the mastery of digital technology mastery, big data. The Career Development Center functions as a support facility and development cooperation with sponsors. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study contributes to the existing literature related to the development of technology-based entrepreneurship learning in tertiary institutions. Start-up student’s business is growing rapidly, designing online-based businesses while in college. This research found the role of universities in entrepreneurship education policies, faculties, and study programs in developing student’s competencies and learning services, as well as providing broad services to students in entrepreneurial practice through business incubators.
This paper examines the effect of entrepreneurship education and training on entrepreneurial skills of ecopreneurship students at public vocational secondary schools. This study applied a quantitative research method using analysis regression model to examine the relationship between variables. The population of the study was students in the second grade of vocational school in Jakarta, and the sample was about 200 students gathered using purposive random sampling. The data was taken using a questionnaire following a Likert scale. The findings showed that there is a correlation between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurship training positively affects entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship training have an influence on entrepreneurial skills based on students'. Based on these findings, schools are expected to improve the quality of learning through more innovative entrepreneurial materials oriented towards ecopreneurship to enhance students' entrepreneurial mindset. In addition, schools are expected to hire experienced training mentors in the field of environment-based entrepreneurship so that the training will be of a higher standard.Contribution/Originality: The paper's primary contribution is finding that education, entrepreneurship training lead to entrepreneurship skills-based ecopreneurship. This research can also be used for stakeholders to improve entrepreneurship education at senior high schools.
