Dalam rangka mendukung program pemerintah dalam menciptakan wirausaha dan mendukung peningkatan kualitas para UMKM maka prodi Manajemen akan memberikan pelatihan kepada para UMKM yang berada di lingkungan PKK Tiban Global, Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan berwirausaha dan meningkatkan kualitas manajemen dan tata kelola keuangan sehingga dapat menciptakan UMKM yang mandiri. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam dua kali pertemuan yang dihadiri oleh 25 peserta dari pelaku UMKM di lingkungan PKK Tiban Global. Berdasarkan dari hasil dan pembahasan pada kegiatan ini, pelaku UMKM dibekali tentang pendidikan kewirausahaan, strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan pengelolaan keuangan sederhana serta mengenali berbagai skema pembiayaan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku UMKM.
This study aims to determine the effect of TQM as independent variabel on corporate sustainability as dependent variabel with knowledge management as an intervening variabel. The number of respondents involved in this study were 60 respondents, all of whom were employees of gas industry companies in Batam City who had ISO 9001 certification in company quality standards. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data in this study were obtained from the results of filling out a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique which was carried out with the help of the Smartpls version 3 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, several conclusions were obtained, namely: (1) TQM can have a positive and significant effect on CS, which is the better practice of TQM in the company, the better company's sustainability could be, the dimensions of CS that can be significantly influenced by TQM practice are Environmental dimension of sustainability, good TQM practices can certainly improve the sustainability of a company in the social environment; (2) TQM as a positive and significant effect on KM, the better implementation of TQM in a company, the better knowledge management could be, the dimension of KM that can be significantly influenced by the implementation of TQM in a company is the Knowledge Acquisition dimension; (3) KM has a positive and significant effect on corporate sustainability, the better the company's knowledge management, the better the company's sustainability, all dimensions of corporate sustainability can significantly increase from the increase in knowledge management; (4) KM can mediate the influence of TQM on CS, which means the good implementation of TQM can improve KM and increase CS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM) sebagai variabel independen terhadap Corporate Sustainability (CS) sebagai variabel dependen dengan Knowledge Management (KM) sebagai variabel mediasi. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 responden yang seluruhnya merupakan karyawan di perusahaan gas industri di Kota Batam yang telah memiliki sertifikasi ISO 9001 dalam standar mutu perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan, yaitu : (1) TQM dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CS dimana semakin baik praktik TQM di perusahaan maka semakin baik keberlanjutan perusahaan, dimensi CS yang secara signifikan dapat dipengaruhi oleh praktik TQM adalah dimensi Enviromental Sustainability, praktik TQM yang baik dipastikan dapat meningkatkan keberlangsungan perusahaan berdasarkan lingkungannya; (2) TQM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap KM, dimana semakin baik pelaksanaan TQM di sebuah perusahaan maka semakin baik KM di perusahaan tersebut, dimensi KM yang secara signifikan dapat dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan TQM di perusahaan adalah dimensi Knowledge Acquisition; (3) KM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CS, dimana semakin baik KM di suatu perusahaan maka semakin baik keberlangsungan perusahaan. Seluruh dimensi CS secara signifikan dapat mengalami peningkatan keberlanjutan melalui KM; (4) KM dapat memediasi pengaruh TQM terhadap CS, pelaksanaan TQM yang baik dapat meningkatkan KM dan meningkatkan CS.
The research aimed to support Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theories such as Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Security (SECU), Brand Loyalty (BL), Behavioural Intention (BI), and the marketing models, Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM), on the use of mobile payments of the Generation Z. The researchers used the quantitative method. Using a non-probability sampling method with a convenience sampling technique, there were 100 respondents of Generation Z. The data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that PEOU has no significant effect on BI. SECU and BL affect BI significantly. Then, BI has a significant impact on EWOM. It means that PEOU is not an important factor for Generation Z to use mobile payment. SECU and BL make the Generation Z continue to use mobile payment without worrying about data privacy issues because BL is embedded in their mind. As a result of BI, Generation Z will do marketing in the form of EWOM to their closest friends or relatives via social media.
Hampir semua generasi muda khususnya generasi Y (Gen Y) di Indonesia saat ini telah mengenal dan melakukan pembelian barang dan jasa secara daring (online). Hal ini tak lepas dari kemampuan situs belanja daring untuk menarik konsumen melalui berbagai promosi dan iklannya yang menjanjikan berbagai kelebihan belanja daring dibanding belanja secara konvensional, sehingga mampu menggugah emosi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor emosi (X1) dan kepercayaan (X2) terhadap orientasi belanja daring (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak muda di kota Batam belanja daring dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 246 responden yang diambil secara acak (random sampling). Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan teknik Generalize Least Square (GLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa emosi dan kepercayaan terbukti sangat berpengaruh terhadap orientasi belanja daring khususnya bagi konsumen dikalangan muda.
This research can provide the illustration and answers about what millennial generation women must prepare who run MSME’s. The research method is a quantitative approach, collecting data with questionaries and using purposive sampling, the study uses partial least square structural equation modelling analysis test. The amount of data used is 110 respondents. The object of research is the women entrepreneurs in Riau Islands who are in the age range of 21 to 41 years. The results of the study of discrimination factors, motivation, demographics had a significant positive effect on Capabilities, Commitment Factors, Financial Access Factors had a positive insignificant effect on Capabilities. Capability has a significant positive effect on MSME’s Human Capital, MSME’s Human Capital has a significant positive effect on the Digital Economy.
