Sexual education is very important to be taught for adolescents, especially adolescents with special needs. Adolescents with special needs generally lack information related to the development of sexuality. This is due to the lack of information regarding sexual education from parents and teachers. Basically, adolescents with special needs do not have enough courage to tell stories and do not get information that can be obtained from articles or books. Parents are the closest parties and spend a lot of time with the children. Meanwhile, the teacher is the party responsible for teaching them to be independent in school. Therefore, it is necessary to provide sexual education for parents and teachers so that later it can be given to adolescents with special needs. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of reproductive health and sexuality for teachers and parents with adolescents with special needs. The method of this activity is in the form of lectures, question and answer discussions and giving pre-test and post-test questionnaires which were held on October 5, 2020 through webinars using the Cisco Webex application which was attended by parents and teachers then continued with consultations through the WhatsApp group. The results of the questionnaire analysis showed an increase in participants' knowledge after being given health education. Conclusions and implications are expected that after this, parents and teachers can provide reproductive health and sexuality education for adolescents with special need.
