Perkembangan teknologi dan gaya hidup generasi milenial mendorong perilaku konsumtif sehingga pentingya mengetahui faktor- faktor yang memengaruhi financial management behavior generasi milenial agar tidak terjebak pada masalah keuangan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh financial literacy dan money attitude dari dimensi power prestige dan anxiety terhadap financial management behavior pada generasi millenial yang tinggal di Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sampling non-probability yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Sampel berjumlah 1.120 responden yang mayoritas adalah perempuan dan berpendidikan perguruan tinggi. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan financial literacy dan money attitude dari dimensi power prestige mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap financial management behavior sedangkan money attitude-anxiety tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap financial management behavior pada generasi millenial yang tinggal di Bandung. Penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan financial literacy dan money attitude- Power-prestige bagi generasi milenial, adanya kurikulum pendidikan mengenai literasi keuangan, dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian bagi generasi milenial di luar kota Bandung serta meneliti faktor- faktor lain yang memengaruhi financial management behavior. Technological developments and the lifestyle of the millennial generation encourage consumptive behavior, so it is important to know the factoes that influence the financial management behavior of the millennial generation so that they are not trapped in financial problems. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of financial literacy and money attitude form the dimensions of power prestige and anxiety on financial management behavior in the millennial generation living in Bandung. This study uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 1,120 respondents, the majority of whom were women and had university education. From the test results using multiple regression analysis shows that financial literacy and money attitude from the power prestige dimension have a significant effect on financial management behavior, while money attitude from the anxiety dimension has no effect on financial management behavior in the millennial generation who live in Bandung. in Bandung. This study suggests an increase in financial literacy and money attitude from the Power-prestige dimension for the millennial generation, the existence of an educational curriculum regarding financial literacy, and for further researchers to conduct research for millennials outside Bandung and examine other factors that influence financial management behavior.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses dan keterampilan membaca permulaan melalui penggunaan media flash card pada siswa kelas I SD Inpres Paccerakkang Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I SD Inpres Paccerakkang sebanyak 29 siswa. Objek penelitian adalah peningkatan keterampilan membaca permulaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes unjuk kerja keterampilan membaca permulaan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi rating scale dan soal tes unjuk kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan membaca permulaan melalui penggunaan media flash card pada siswa kelas I SD Inpres Paccerakkang mengalami peningkatan dengan baik. Hal ini terbukti dari pencapaian rerata pada pratindakan persentasenya sebesar 41,38%, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 58,62% dan pada siklus II menjadi 82,76%. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I sebesar 59,38% meningkat menjadi 84,37% pada siklus II. Peningkatan keterampilan membaca permulaan dapat dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata skor aspek ketepatan, lafal, intonasi, kelancaran dan kejelasan suara. Langkah-langkah penelitian dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan menggunakan media flash card.
Th e Green Image has become one of the success indicators for various organizations including educational institutions. Th e Green Image is believed to improve the overall reputation of an organization and is hoped to have an impact on behavioral intentions of stakeholders. In the context of higher education in Indonesia, the green campus competition has been increasingly popular and something to look forward to. Th is study investigated the impact of the Green Image on university reputation and student satisfaction through multiple regression analysis. Th e respondents of this research were 441 students from several major universities in Indonesia selected through convenience sampling. Th e results of the study show that the Green Image infl uences university reputation and student satisfaction. University reputation is proven to mediate the eff ect of the Green Image towards student satisfaction. Th e results of the study are expected to fi ll in the gap in the literature of the Green Image in the context of the education sector and to be a reference for universities in pursuing and managing green reputation and enhancing student satisfaction.
Indonesia is very rich in local wisdom, various types of plants can be processed into batik materials, one of which is tamarind tree which has not been widely known by many people. Tamarind seeds can be processed into a kind of cold wax, not hot wax. In the practice of traditional batik, this material is then used in community service activities with the aim of introducing how to make batik through batik workshop using cold wax easily and environmentally friendly. Participants in this workshop were foreign students and other people by using lectures method, batik demonstrations, and batik practices. To test the success of participants in batik knowledge and practice, the researcher used paired samples test. Based on the analysis, it can be said that there are differences in the knowledge of participants before and after community service activities. The aim of assistance was achieved because the transfer knowledge was successful, supported by the results of the trainer's questionnaire evaluation in terms of mastery of the material, clarity of material delivery, and appropriateness of time allocation.
In networked real-time games such as First Person Shooting (FPS) through a network which does not guarantee the Quality of Service (QoS), the consistency and fairness among players may be disturbed owing to network delay and jitter. To keep the consistency and fairness high, this paper carries out group synchronization control, which adjusts the output timing among multiple terminals. However, the interactivity slightly deteriorates under the control. By the Quality of Experience (QoE) assessment for FPS, this paper investigates the influences of network delay and a parameter of the group synchronization control on the interactivity and fairness.
