<p><em>The government has proclaimed Healthy Indonesia Program with Family Approach (PIS-PK), aiming to improve health level of its people; howeverthe implementation is far from satisfying and not equally distributed so that there is still a low degree of public health. This study aims to analyze the relationship between attitudes and family knowledge with the adoption of the Healthy Indonesia Program with a family approach in Pekanbaru. The type of research is descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 100 families. The result of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between family’s attitudes toward PIS-PK, with p value of 0.018. On the other hand, it also showed that there was no significant correlation between family’s knowledge toward PIS-PK, with p value only 0.159. It is hoped that this study can be used as leaning materials, references for health officers, as well as suggestions regarding the implementation of PIS-PK</em></p><p><em><em>Pemerintah telah membuat Program Indonesia Sehat melalui penedekatan keluarga (PIS-PK) dengan tujuan agar meningkatnya derajat kesehatan masyarakat, namun dalam penerapannya masih belum maksimal dan merata sehingga masih terdapat derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan sikap dan pengetahuan keluarga dengan penerapan Program Indonesia Sehat dengan pendekatan keluarga di Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian desktiptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 Keluarga. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap keluarga dengan penerapan PIS-PKmdengan p value adalah 0,018. Didapatkan juga bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan keluarga dengan penerapan PIS-PK dengan nilai p value adalah 0,159. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan ajar dan menjadi acuan oleh petugas kesehatan serta menjadi masukan untuk dalam penerapan PIS-PK</em></em></p>
Kementerian Kesehatan telah menetapkan bahwa strategi operasional pembangunan kesehatan adalah melalui Program Indonesia sehat dengan pendekatan keluarga (PIS-PK), dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dan status gizi masyarakat yang dimulai dari pendekatan yang berbasis dasar, yaitu keluarga. Namun dalam penerapannya, program ini belum membuahkan hasil yang maksimal yang dibuktikan dengan masih rendahnya derajat kesehatan di masyarakat, khususnya di wilayah kerja puskesmas sail kota pekanbaru dengan persentase 24,85% rumah tangga yang berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS), padahal petugas kesehatan secara berkesinambungan selalu dilakukan pelatihan dalam menjalankan program ini. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui sikap keluarga dalam menerima arahan petugas kesehatan untuk menerapkan PIS-PK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan 100 responden keluarga. Hasil analisis tentang sikap keluarga dalam penerapan PIS-PK diperoleh bahwa lebih dari separoh persentase keluarga bersikap positif yaitu 66%.
Covid-19 pandemic is determined as non-natural disaster, because its rapid transmission and endanger humans, especially pregnant women, childbirth, post-partum, newborns. The increase ofincidence number that befall the community from day to day, there are still families and postpartum mothers who do not understand in postnatal maternal and infant health care and prevention of covid transmission 19. to increase family participation and knowledge of postpartum mothers about maternal and infant health care in the prevention of Covid-19 transmission and its application during the first week of her baby's birth at home. This coaching was implementating from April to June 2020 on 20 post partum mothers while being treated at the midwife clinic and during homecare services in the first week, by providing education, fill post-test questionnaire, observing the implementation of maternal and infants careand Covid 19 prevention at home. Family participation increased by 16 people (80%), Post-Test Knowledge was good for 17 people (85%), Good Mother and Baby Care Techniques for 13 people (65%). It is hoped that postpartum motherswill continue to carry out maternal and infant care and prevention of Covid 19 during the pandemic period as suggested by the midwife.
