This study aims to investigate the implementation learning model called Paikem Gembrot to increase students' learning interest. It is quantitative in nature and applies pre-experiential one group pretest-posttest experiments. The results show that the learning model Paikem Gembrot was tested for its validity and reliability. There were 10 statement items categorized as valid with the score 0.47. The learning interest questionnaire contained 13 statement items categorized as valid with the score 0.78. The results of the normality test for pretest of the experimental class was 72 and the control class was 74. The results of normality test for posttest for the experimental class score was 95 and the control class was 88. The hypothesis testing indicates that the value of tcount is 4.45 and it is greater than ttable, namely 2.70. It means that the learning model Paikem Gembrot can increase students' learning interest in learning Islamic religious education subject.

This research discusses about being an inspiring teacher. This research focuses on the description of conceptions and steps that must be taken by teachers in the learning process, in relation to students to create active teaching and learning. The source of this research data was obtained from several sources in the form of supporting and accompanying references in accordance with the research theme. This research is library research using a qualitative approach, which is trying to describe a variable, symptom or situation. The results of this paper show that teachers must always have and develop the quality of personality competencies with the aim of creating an active learning process and providing inspirational meaning. From the conception of being an inspirational teacher, it will give birth to a teacher's skills in learning and competence that prioritizes psychologically moral and attachment, not only oriented to the knowledge and skills of students such as inspiring active learning, teacher writing activities, teachers and happiness, as well as teachers and students change.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji status pelaksanaan rencana kegiatan seminari dan kebijakan anggaran untuk pengelolaan anggaran kegiatan seminari, guna mewujudkan penggunaan anggaran seminari secara efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik penelitian, wawancara, observasi, dan penelitian dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian adalah statistik dengan menggunakan model analisis jalur. Populasi dan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah dan guru madrasah Arya Negeri Garut yang berjumlah 73 orang. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan sejumlah temuan permasalahan penting, yaitu Variabel Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Madrasah (X) terdapat temuan bahwa dalam sisi komunikasi, Bendahara, Operator, Guru, Komite dan Orang tua siswa masih belum memahami kebijakan secara keseluruhan, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap tidak berjalannya Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Madrasah secara optimal. Pada variabel Manajemen Anggaran Kegiatan Madrasah (Y) terdapat temuan permasalahan yakni dalam perencanaan pembiayaan, ditemukan anggaran untuk kegiatan akademik dan non akademik masih kurang. Pada variabel Efektifitas Penggunaan Anggaran Madrasah (Z) terdapat temuan bahwa Kerja sama antara Kepala Madrasah, Tim Pengelola Bantuan Operasional Sekolah dan Tim pelaksana kegiatan dilapangan masih kurang. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis kunci dari analisis jalur uji yaitu dalam mencapai pemanfaatan anggaran madrasah yang efektif, berdampak pada implementasi rencana aksi dan kebijakan anggaran madrasah terhadap pengelolaan anggaran aksi madrasah. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel , yaitu thitung = > ttabel = . Dari nilai tersebut, kemudian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan statistik yaitu bawa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga variabel Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Madrasah (X) berpengaruh positif terhadap Manajemen Anggaran Kegiatan Madrasah (Y) untuk mewujudkan Efektifitas Penggunaan Anggaran Madrasah (Z).

Muhammad Abduh was one of the leaders of the modernization of Islamic education. Muhammad Abduh's anxiety about the stagnation of Muslims made him excited and moved to modernize the Islamic education system to bring back the glory of Muslims. One of the things done by Muhammad Abduh was through reforming the Islamic education system and modernizing which was considered the most ideal step and effort in reforming the condition of Muslims at that time. This research attempts to unravel some of Muhammad Abduh's real thoughts and efforts in efforts to modernize and reform the Islamic education system and its relevance to contemporary-era education. By using the type of library research or literature. Muhammad Abduh's thoughts are very relevant to the world of contemporary education, i.e.: 1.
