The aims of this service is to increase the knowledge and skills of fish traders in handling yellowfin tuna by bulking using crushed ice cubes without mixing with water in the box and controlling the quality of fish using an organoleptic table score sheet during cooling process for three days. The method used is the early preparation of the training by conducting a pretest, delivering material and discussion, observing the quality assessment of fish by describing the changes that occur during storage with an explanation of the application theory as well as the implementation of practicum, interviews and evaluation of the final results of the activity by conducting a post-test. The results of the community service implementation attended by 15 participants from fish traders, about 48% was good in understanding and mastering the knowledge of refrigeration fish, about 28% was sufficient in accepting the knowledge and 24% was lacking in understanding the knowledge of refrigeration fish. The average value after given the training is 64.1.
This study aims to determine the impact of excellent corporate governance ownership structure on the firm size on stock prices in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, both simultaneously and partially. According to the findings, good corporate governance, as evaluated by the board of directors and the commissioners, negatively and substantially impacts stock prices. In contrast, the audit committee has a positive and significant impact on stock prices. The natural logarithm of total assets, which measures the size of a company, has a favorable effect on stock prices. The more the company's total investments in the 52 issuers, the higher the share price. Managerial ownership has a positive but not statistically significant effect on stock prices, whereas institutional ownership has a negative and statistically significant impact. The increase in institutional ownership will cause stock prices to fall.
Penelitian yang mengkaji antara metode pembelajaran tur studi dan etnografi relatif sangat terbatas khususnya dalam konteks Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengkaji pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap etnografi Papua dan tantangan melakukan tur studi etnografi berdasarkan refleksi terhadap model pembelajaran ini. Partisipan dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Yapis Papua, Jayapura, yang berpartisipasi dalam program tur studi ke Museum Lokabudaya, Universitas Cenderawasih. Penelitian mengadopsi penelitian kualitatif dengan metode grounded theory. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses pengkodean dengan pendekatan induktif dan dengan bantuan software NVivo (12). Hasil dari analisis data membentuk beberapa kategori di antaranya budaya dan konteks (pemahaman budaya lokal), eksplorasi budaya dan keterhubungan, serta melihat budaya dalam perspektif berbeda. Hasil penelitian juga memberi gambaran tantangan tur studi berdasarkan refleksi partisipan. Kesimpulan, partisipan menunjukkan transformasi pemahaman budaya dan nilai-nilai yang lebih luas dengan tidak hanya berfokus pada budaya dan suku yang ditampilkan di museum, tetapi juga menghubungkan dengan budaya yang dibawa dan melekat pada diri partisipan. Meskipun demikian, fungsi kontrol dalam tur studi merupakan kelemahan terbesar dan dapat memberi pengaruh terhadap hasil dan tujuan pembelajaran.
The purpose of this study was to determine the survival rate (SR), the Average Daily Growth (ADG), and the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) with a dynamic system model. The dynamic system model is used to determine the optimal value of the three variables. The results showed that the survival rate, average daily growth, and feed conversion ratio of tilapia cultivation were 93% (SR), 3.2gr/day (ADG), 0.73 (FCR). In this research, tilapia production were 14,199gr, the amount of feed were 10.344gr and the length of cultivation were 65 days. It was hoped that the dynamic system model design could have tilapia farmers to develop aquaculture businesses that was more environmentally friendly, effective and efficient.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeteksi apakah terdapat hubungan antara service performance mempengaruhi customer loyalty dengan customer satidfaction adalah variable yang memediasi. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitaif dan kualitatif, jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan seluruh pelanggan bimbingan belajar chrystal learning center yang berjumlah 144 orang. Sampel berjumlah 106 orang yang di ambil dengan rumus slovin, dengan teknik sampel purposive sampling jenis judgment sampling. Tools dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Amos 25 dan di dukung dengan sobel test. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan indirect 0,125 > direct 0,027, dan hasil sobel test nilai Z = 2,0103 > dari 1,983. Artinya terdapat hubungan antara service performance berpengaruh customer loyalty dengan customer satisfactionan yang dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction
