In the situation of a pandemic novel COVID-19 throughout the world forced all changes in the order of activities that exist in society, one of which is in teaching and learning activities. As a solution to learning activities at the moment everything must be implemented online, both students and instructors are forced to adapt to the online learning system . This sudden change often causes problems related to learner's behavior. This study tries to observe student behavior towards learning activities that are forced to be done from home with the principle approach of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research respondents numbered 93 people and the elearning system tested was the use of learning media with whatsapp, LMS Moodle, zoom meeting and its combination. The results of this study can provide recommendations in distance learning in the future.
Abstrak— Prodi Teknik Informatika merupakan salah satu prodi yang terdapat pada Universitas Widya Kartika Surabaya. Mahasiswa yang mengambil jurusan ini, diharuskan untuk melakukan magang selama kurang lebih 200 jam di perusahaan. Saat ini dokumentasi magang masih dilakukan secara manual. Penulis menggunakan metode UML untuk membuat analisa sistem magang ini. Tool-tool UML yang digunakan adalah Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram serta Activity Diagram. Pembuatan analisa dan desain sistem ini akan memudahkan penulis untuk melakukan implementasi analisa menjadi program, karena banyak Bahasa pemrograman sudah mendukung konsep Object Oriented Programming.Kata kunci: Sistem Magang, Universitas Widya Kartika, UML. Abstract— Informatic Engineering is one of available study program at Widya Kartika University, Surabaya. Each student that takes this study program has to take internship as long as minimum 200 hours at any company. The process from registering until submitting internship grade has been done manually. The author applied UML in order to develop a blueprint of the internship system. UML Diagram tools will be used are Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram and Activity Diagram. Applying UML will make development of the system will be easy, because a lot of programming languages nowadays support Object Oriented Programming.Kata kunci: Internship system, Universitas Widya Kartika, UML.
Business developments that occur today cannot be separated from the role of technology and information systems. The system that will be discussed in this journal is a Web-based Restaurant System that uses a QR code. This system will handle at least 5 types of users, namely admin, waiter, chef, cleaning service, and customers where the five kind of users have different access rights. Restaurant information systems using this QR Code can speed up performance in ordering menus, serving ordered dishes, paying bills to customers and cleaning tables after use. The use of the QR code itself is very suitable in the restaurant business and marketing practices because of its advantages, namely being mobile fried and easy to get information. This will improve the quality of the restaurant in terms of service and time. This Web-Based Restaurant Menu Ordering Application is designed using web programming languages, namely PHP. For the database, it will use MySQL and the system development method will use the Agile Kanban method which can help an organization produce software that has been tested and is ready to use. The results of the system design will be in the form of a comparison table for the old and new systems depicted by the PIECES table, then UML for system modeling, and website interface. The system created will help in reducing the amount of paper used for order receipts. In addition, users can also order menus during the COVID-19 pandemic with restaurants that use this system.
Abstrak – Dalam kegiatan pariwisata, wisatawan hari ini cenderung memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mencari referensi lokasi destinasi wisata. Akan tetapi melakukan kegiatan pariwisata tidak lengkap jika tidak ada pemandu wisata. Pemandu wisata berperan sebagai pemandu perjalanan dan juga pemberi informasi mengenai objek maupun tempat wisata yang dikunjungi. Untuk mempertemukan pemandu wisata dan wisatawan maka dibuatlah sistem informasi pemandu wisata berbasis website sebagai media interaksi antar wisatawan dan pemandu wisata. Pemandu wisata dapat memasarkan layanannya pada website ini dan wisatawan dapat mencari layanan pemandu wisata dari seluruh penjuru dunia dengan mudah. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk merancang sistem ini adalah metode waterfall. Webiste ini akan dikembangkan menggunakan framework ReactJs dengan bahasa pemrograman JavaScript dan MongoDB sebagai tempat penyimpanan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dapat dibuatnya sistem Informasi Pemandu Wisata yang dimana pemandu wisata untuk memasarkan layanannya pada sistem dan pengguna dapat mencari layanan pemandu wisata yang diinginkan.Kata kunci: Pemandu Wisata, Sistem Informasi, Mapbox, ReactJS Abstract - In tourism activities, tourists today tend to use information technology to find references for tourist destinations. However, carrying out tourism activities is incomplete if there is no tour guide. The tour guide acts as a travel guide and also provides information about the objects and tourist attractions visited. To bring together tour guides and tourists, a website-based tour guide information system was created as a medium for interaction between tourists and tour guides. Tour guides can market their services on this website and tourists can easily search for tour guide services from all over the world. The method that will be used to design this system is the waterfall method. This website will be developed using the ReactJs framework with the JavaScript programming language and MongoDB as data storage. The result of this research is that a tour guide information system can be made and this system can provide benefits for tour guides to market their services and users can search for the desired tour guide service.Keywords: Tour Guide, Information System, Mapbox, ReactJS
Improvements in information technology and trade aspects during the COVID-19 pandemic provided a tremendous increase in financial inclusion, but unfortunately this was not matched by financial literacy, so that many MSMEs were disadvantaged by this. This activity aims to assist MSMEs in developing accounting media for MSMEs, so that they obtain real conditions related to more accurate bookkeeping. Data was collected by means of interviews and discussions. The results of discussions and observations with partners stated that a simple bookkeeping media was needed to help partners. Then from the results of this activity, they contribute in the form of simple accounting reporting media that help them manage finances better and provide reports that convey financial conditions quickly.
