This solar-powered instrument utilized in plant cultivation in hydroponic system was developed to minimize operational cost, to maintain continuity of electrical source and to release dependency from electric utility. The instrument consist of solar tracker to adjust photovoltaic panel position, aquarium pump to distribute the nutrition, humidity and temperature meter to measure humidity and temperature, respectively. To support the function of this instrument 40 watt energy should be provided per hour in average. Following power measurement conducted in 50 Kota, 200WP of solar panel will produce roughly 70 watt at peak hour. The solar energy is stored to a couple of 100AH deep cycle battery, Arduino board microcontroller as brain of the system plays roles to control dc motor and timer and to calculate data signal from RTC, humidity and temperature sensor. The data are then sent to LCD matrix 2x16 which will display the measurement. This instrument is expected to be used by hydroponics farmer in remote area.
Curah hujan merupakan salah satu parameter hujan yang dapat diukur. Dimana curah hujan menyatakan seberapa besar tinggi air yang ditimbulkan oleh hujan di suatu daerah. Alat untuk megukur jumlah curah hujan yang turun kepermukaan tanah per satuan luas, disebut Penakar Curah Hujan. Curah hujan 1 (satu) milimeter, artinya dalam luasan satu meter persegi pada tempat yang datar tertampung air setinggi 1 (satu) milimeter atau tertampung air sebanyak 1 (satu) liter atau 1000 ml. Penakar hujan Tipping Bucket, nilai curah hujannya tiap bucket berjungkit tidak sama, serta luas permukaan corongnya beragam, misalnya ada yang 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.5 mm dan lain-lain. Dalam perancangan alat ini resolusi Tipping Bucket yang digunakan ialah 0.2 mm, dan juga memakai Modul Sensor Reed Switch. Reed Switch akan bekerja ketika magnet yang di tempel pada bagian tengah Tipping Bucket mendekati sensor Reed Switch, yang dimana Tipping Bucket akan bergerak disaat curah hujan masuk ke dalam corong dan akan ditampung pada Tipping Bucket yang membuat Tipping Bucket akan berjungkit. Kemudian Reed Switch akan mendeteksi magnet yang ada pada Tipping Bucket. Mikrokontroler berfungsi untuk membaca data dari Modul Sensor Reed Switch yang tiap kali ada sentuhan dari magnet.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of customer relationship management in maintaining and satisfying customers. This research shows that customer relationship management has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The variable also has a positive relationship. The company makes CRM as a capital to make customers more satisfied and stick with the company. This study concludes that CRM plays a major role in improving customer satisfaction, deep customer knowledge and customer loyalty. A better CRM will have clear information about what customers want, what their needs are, and what will make them more satisfied.

<p><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Availability of water is a major factor in determining cropping patterns in irrigated rice fields. This study aims to develop a microcontroller-based automation concept that can later be applied to ensure the availability of irrigation water needed for plants. Th</em><em>e application designed was</em><em> an automatic irrigation system of paddy rice using a water pump irrigation method. This system consists of an Arduino as a data processor, Bluetooth, a smartphone and a water level sensor as a water detector. The software uses MIT App Inventor as a smartphone programming medium and Arduino IDE as a whole series programming. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan konsep otomasi berbasis mikrokontroler yang nantinya bisa diaplikasikan untuk menjamin ketersediaan air irigasi yang dibutuhkan untuk tanaman. Aplikasi yang dibuat berupa sistem otomatis pengairan padi sawah yang menggunakan metode irigasi pompa air. Sistem ini terdiri dari arduino sebagai pengolah data, bluetooth, <em>smartphone</em> dan sensor water level sebagai pendeteksi air. Perangkat lunaknya menggunakan MIT App Inventor sebagai media pemograman <em>smartphone</em> dan arduino IDE sebagai pemograman rangkaian keseluruhan.
