Purpose of the article: to determine the essence of different elements ofsocio-economic space of the region. Construction of the structure and isolationof individual elements of socio-economic space as a multi-vector formation.This article highlights the essence and different approaches to defining theconcepts, structure and mechanisms of formation of economic and social spacesof the region, innovation space as a basic element of socio-economic space.Research Methods: The methodological basis of the research is the fundamentalprinciples of economic theory, regional economy, scientific views and approachesof foreign and domestic scientists. To achieve the purpose of the study, themethods used at the empirical and theoretical levels were used: axiomatic,abstract, system-structural analysis, analogies and comparisons, graphoanalytic,by which the characterization of the nature of the concepts of space, socioeconomic space, as well as innovation space region. Their general properties,structure and functions are described.The criteria of optimality and balancesof interests in the formation of different types of space in the region areconsidered. The classification of the regional space is proposed, and the networkconnections of the innovation space according to components and elements arerevealed, which allows to study deeply the social, economic and other problemsof development of the region.Scientific novelty: the classification of regionalspace by separate constituent elements is proposed. The concept of “innovationspace” was introduced into scientific circulation, the scheme of networkconnections of the innovation space with other elements of the regional socioeconomic space was developed. Conclusions and Prospects for Further Research:In today’s context, it is possible to significantly improve the economic stateof development of Ukrainian regions by using a scientifically sound andcomprehensive approach to defining and studying the concepts of socioeconomic and innovative space.In the further study it is necessary to considerin detail the mechanism of organizational activity of innovation space in theregion. It is very important to pay attention to information support for theformation of the innovation space, the creation of a regional legal field ofinnovation space, mechanisms for coordinating regional innovation activitieswithin the innovation space, as well as the influence of internal and externalfactors on the formation and development of the innovation space.

The purpose of the article is to identify problems in the operation of the enterprise and ensure its economic security; formation of a financial risk management system as an important component of economic security of the enterprise. The research methodology is based on the use of general scientific and specific methods, in particular: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling, systematization and generalization. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiated essence of the main dangers and threats, the nature of their impact on the economic security of the enterprise and the need to identify them to economic security. Conclusions. It is established that the structural composition of the economic security system is formed by domestic and non-industrial components. Many nonproduction components of economic security of enterprises are provided, which include market and information. The main components of economic security of enterprises are generalized and their essence is determined, the services responsible for them are specified. A group of principles for building a system of economic security of enterprises: legality, systematic construction, economic feasibility, efficiency of management decisions, efficiency, cost optimization, validity, complexity, balance, timeliness, continuity, continuous monitoring, activity, coordination and interaction, centralization, integration, direction on strategic goals, objectivity, efficiency and dynamism, variability, adequacy of response, adaptability, flexibility of management, development and improvement, incentives and responsibilities. The article is devoted to substantiation of belonging of regions to a certain type of innovation space, evaluation and systematization of separate scientific approaches to the typology of regions of the country. The authors substantiate the methodological approach to assessing the factors of formation of the innovation space of the regions of Ukraine. A system of preliminary and final indicators for assessing the formation of the innovation space of the region is proposed and systematized. It is proposed to implement the division of the regions of Ukraine according to the parameters that assess the activities of the innovation sphere, and indicate the formation of the innovation space of the region

Using an empirically based methodology, the scientific approaches to define the concepts of "innovation" and "innovation policy" are summarized. It is substantiated that the goal of implementing innovative entrepreneurship is the transition to an innovative model of development, which requires the implementation of the following priority tasks: integration of all stages of innovative entrepreneurship in the region; formation of competitive regional innovative products; increasing the level of quality of institutional infrastructure; improvement of information provision of innovative processes; stimulation of regional business entities to ensure innovative activity; creation of communications in the "science-production" system; ensuring quality training of specialists in the field of innovative entrepreneurship; development of knowledge-intensive industries; effective use of innovative potential and intellectual capital of the region. Modeling of the innovative entrepreneurship profile of the regions led to the conclusion that the main task, for each of the regions, is to develop measures to increase the level of formation of its innovative entrepreneurship space, which will have the effect of optimizing the economic results of the operation and increase its competitiveness in domestic and international markets.
