The ability of employees in carrying out the duties and functions of LPSDM can be manifested if the employee has good work motivation, both physiologically, safety, appreciation, social, and self-actualization. the fact shows that LPSDM Aceh has not been able to carry out its duties and functions properly. On the other hand, LPSDM Aceh has not been able to transparently select scholarship recipients. This happens because there are still many recipients of entrusted scholarships from the Aceh government, so that the LPSDM does not appear to be independent in distributing scholarships. The formulation of this thesis problem is How the tasks and functions of the Aceh Human Resources Improvement Institution (LPSDM) in the implementation of further study scholarship programs in Aceh Government and how the performance of employees of the Aceh Human Resources Development Agency (LPSDM) in implementing the scholarship program at the Aceh Government. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the tasks and functions of the Aceh Human Resources Improvement Institution (LPSDM) in the implementation of further study scholarship programs in Aceh Government and to find out and analyze the performance of Aceh Human Resources Development Agency (LPSDM) employees in implementing the scholarship program at the Aceh Government. This study uses a qualitative approach with as many as 5 people informants consisting of thus the research assign research informants as many as 4 people consisting of the Head of the LPSDM Secretariat, Sub Division of Finance, Planning and Treasurer Routine. Data collection is done by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study prove that the duties and functions as well as the performance of LPSDM Aceh in the implementation of further study scholarship programs in Aceh Government have not been carried out in accordance with Aceh's Governor Regulation No. 11 of 2016 concerning LPSDM Aceh. Thus it can be concluded that the duties and functions of the Aceh Human Resources Improvement Institution (LPSDM) as the implementer of the advanced study scholarship program at Aceh Government can be seen the speed of access, so as to have equal rights between various groups.

ABSTRACT Introduction. Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) is the most common problem in men with age and can reduce quality of life due to various complaints on micturition.   Method. This study was a cross sectional study conducted in May-July 2018 at the Urology Outpatient Clinic, Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang and 36 samples were obtained. The technique of data collection was done by filling out the questionnaire. Analysis of data in the form of descriptive for general characteristics and correlation analysis used is the Spearman Rank test correlation.   Results: The most prevalence of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) occurred in the age group 71-80 years as many as 12 patients (33.3%). BPH patients who came with the most LUTS experienced severe degrees of International Prostatic Symptomatic Score (IPSS) (24 patients, 66.7%). There were 16 patients (44.4%) felt their quality of life was very poor. Spearman Rank correlation test showed no significant relationship between IPSS with the quality of life of patients with BPH with LUTS (p> 0.05, r = 0.073)   Conclusion. There was no significant relationship between IPSS with the quality of life of BPH patients with LUTS.

ABSTRACT Wayang Golek is a Sundanese typical performing art that has grown on generations by the grip. The grip becomes a kind of rule or code in Wayang Golek show which govern all the constituent elements. Since the presence of Television, Wayang Golek is then performed through this media. However, since Wayang Golek is performed through Television, it represents significant differences with Wayang Golek traditional show. The differences are shown by the creation of stage design com- bined with digital technology and its various effects, such as zoom in/out, opening title, and even the broadcast interactive model. To understand the differences between Wayang Golek traditional show and on Television, the method which is used is the study of cause and effect or comparison (caus- al-comparative studies). The purpose of the study is to determine the changes of the visual elements in Wayang Golek show on Television. The result of the research shows that there are significant differences between Wayang Golek traditional show and on Television. Keywords: Visual Code, Sundanese Golek Show  ABSTRAK Kesenian Wayang Golek merupakan pertunjukan khas masyarakat Sunda yang telah ter­ bangun secara turun temurun berdasarkan pakem. Pakem menjadi semacam aturan main (kode) yang mengatur pertunjukan dan pembuatan Golek. Sejak munculnya media televisi, pertunjukan Wayang Golek pun kemudian dipentaskan melalui media ini. Akan tetapi, semenjak pertunjukan Wayang Golek dipentaskan dalam media televisi nyatanya mere­ presentasikan perbedaan yang signifikan dengan pertunjukan Wayang Golek tradisional. Perbedaan itu ditunjukkan dengan kreasi tata panggung yang dipadu dengan teknologi digital dan berbagai efeknya, seperti efek zoom in/out, munculnya opening title, hingga model interaktif siaran. Untuk memahami perbedaan antara pertunjukan Wayang Golek tradisional dengan pertunjukan Wayang Golek dalam media televisi, maka metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi perbandingan (comparative studies). Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh pemahaman terkait adanya perubahan unsur yang muncul pada pertunjukan Wayang Golek dalam media televisi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan regulasi tentang Di dalam Undang-undang tersebut peranan PPATK adalah pencegahan dan pemberantasan tindak pidana pencucian uang, pengelolaan data dan informasi yang diperoleh PPATK, pengawasan terhadap kepatuhan pihak pelapor dan analisis atau pemeriksaan laporan dan informasi transaksi keuangan yang berindikasi tindak pidana pencucian uang dan atau tindak pidana lain. Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 tentang Perbankan menyangkut yang mengatur tentang kerahasian Bank khususnya seluruh data dan informasi, dengan adanya kewenangan PPATK sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang_undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010, kerahasian bank menjadi tidak berarti

The purpose of this study is to explain the position of the Board of Commissioners as the Riau Government in conducting Supervision at Bank BUMD according to the provisions of Law Number 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company. The type of this research is sociological law research, conducted by empirical approach by examining the formulation of the problem to be examined as well as providing an overview and analysis of the Position of the Board of Commissioners as the Representative of the Riau Government in conducting Supervision at Bank BUMD in Pekanbaru City based on Law Number 40 Year 2007 on Limited Liability Compan. From the results of this study can be taken several conclusions, among others, as follows: a. The Board of Commissioners shall have the duty of oversight for the interests of the Company and in accordance with the purposes and objectives of the Company for its management policy, general management of the Company and the Company's business, and advises the Board of Directors. b. The Commissioner is personally liable for the loss of the Company if the person is guilty or negligent in performing his duties.c. The Board of Commissioners shall be jointly and severally liable with all members of the Board of Directors, if the company.
