Land changes in urban areas are a common thing. Along with the increase in economic activity, the population also increased and resulted in changes in land use. This results in uncomfortable, unsafe and inefficient urban conditions. This problem can be anticipated by predicting changes in land cover, from the result of prediction of landcover, the direction of urban growth will be known. The purpose of this research is to analyse and modelling land use changes and to predict the urban growth. One methodology for modelling land cover is to use the Cellular Automata model. Using land cover data from Landsat Satellite Imagery in 1999 and 2009, it can predict that land cover in 2019 until 2031, after calculating the validity value using a kappa accuracy test of 0.79. Results of the model are that development of the city of Cirebon leads to the southern part of the District of Harjamukti. It happens because, in the area of Harjamukti District, there is a lot of lands that can convert into developed land.
The COVID 19 outbreak has brought many changes to the order of human life. One is affected that life in an urban area. The metropolitan area that is usually crowded with human activity changes drastically to the empty urban. This phenomenon happened because many cities apply the lockdown policy to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This lockdown policy reduces the activity of transportation and industry, causing changes in air quality in the urban area. This study aims to see how much the impact of lockdown policy on air quality in 4 major cities in Indonesia, which is: Jakarta, Medan, Balikpapan, and Makasar. The method that used in this research is using Remote Sensing data by extracting Sentinel Satellite Image data, which produces air quality data, namely data NO2 levels in the air, then comparing the distribution of NO2 in the air between the year 2019 and 2020, and comparing data NO2 concentration in each month in 2020. Form the result of the spatial analysis of Sentinel Image Satellite data, during the lockdown policy in the year 2020 was implemented, the NO2 level in Jakarta significantly changed positively, the NO2 levels in the air decreased compared to the year 2019. For cities outside Jakarta, there has been a decrease in NO2, but the change that occurred is not significant. From this research, it can be seen that the lockdown policy during COVID-19 has improved the air quality in major cities in Indonesia.
The Kanoman Palace has primordial tradition that remains authentic. This local value is new knowledge that must be preserved and considered as indigenous knowledge. In accordance to the mandate of UNESCO in Habitat III regarding “culture and heritage” in 2015, that being attentive to culture in urban development is very urgent because it has an impact on the attractiveness of the city, but this mandate has not been contained on the spatial planning documents of Cirebon City. As a result, the indigenous knowledge will be lost in time and reduces the attractiveness of the city. The purpose of this research is to describe the substance of authenticity in the local wisdom value of the Palaces in Cirebon, but it emphasizes more on the authenticity of the Kanoman Palace. The approach method used is rationalistic approach, through qualitative descriptive analysis, from the findings of previous research which then identified the parameter of authenticity in Cirebon Palaces. The implication of this study can be considered as input to the government in Cirebon City, particularly the Office of Spatial Planning to include the local wisdom value substance as a legal document in the spatial planning of Cirebon City.
Information Technology-Based Education Management is an education system where the education management system includes the management of teaching and learning process data, student management of educator and education staff as well as school infrastructure is carried out using Information Technology (IT). Several studies have discussed factors about what influences teachers in using IT, which is access to resources, quality of software and hardware, ease of use, incentives to change, support, and collegiality in their school, school, and national police. Problems arise when the teaching and learning process does not change while the world of IT change very rapidly, and people automatically follow the change of IT, because of that the world of education must adapt to this change. The purpose of this research is to see how IT can be implemented in the education environment and analyzed using SWOT. The result is that the Education and School services in Bekasi Regency is in quadrant 4, this showing that education in Bekasi Regency is in a very unfortunate situation, the organization faces various internal threat and weakness. For this reason, the need for an agenda activities related to planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the academic management system for elementary and junior high school in Bekasi Regency is implemented by Information Technology-based education procedures.
