Latar belakang: Anak dengan Demam Berdarah Dengue harus dilakukan tindakan invasif dirawat di rumah sakit (hospitalisasi) maka hal ini akan menimbulkan kecemasan bagi anak. Perawat mempunyai andil besar mengontrol kecemasan dengan metode atraumatic care salah satunya yaitu Latihan kegiatan pengalihan (storytelling). Storytelling bertujuan untuk membuat anak menjadi senang atau dijadikan suatu hiburan pada saat dirawat dirumah sakit serta dapat menurunkan kecemasan ada anak. Tujuan: penulis mampu melaksanakan implementasi keperawatan pada pasien anak demam berdarah dengue dengan masalah keperawatan kecemasan. Metode: Desain studi kasus ini adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan yang terdiri dari pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi serta dokumentasi. Subyek studi kasus berjumlah dua kasus demam berdarah Dengue dengan masalah keperawatan kecemasan di RSUD Siti Fatimah Palembang tahun 2021. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan menggunakan intrumen untuk tiga hari perawatan. Hasil : Hasil kajian sebelum diberikan terapi, pasien mengalami kecemasan tingkat berat. Kegiatan pengalihan melalui storytelling efektif menurunkan kecemasan anak selama hospitalisasi. Kesimpulan : Skor kecemasan menurun secara signifikan setelah teknik distraksi storytelling di dberikan. Disarankan perawat dan keluarga dapat dapat memahami tanda kecemasan anak dan dapat mengelola kecemasan pada anak
ABSTRAKPandemi CoronaVirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) menjadi masalah darurat kesehatan bagi seluruh dunia saat ini, di Sumatera Selatan, sampai dengan 21 April 2021 angka kejadian COVID-19 sebanyak 19.387 kasus, dengan angka kematian sebanyak 933 kasus, sedangkan pada peta sebaran resiko COVID-19 Kota Prabumulih, termasuk kedalam kota dengan tingkat penyebaran dengan resiko tinggi, akan tetapi minimnya pengatahuan masyarakat terhadap pencegahan COVID-19 menjadi masalah utama dari penyebaran dan peningkatan kasus, sehingga para masyarakat perlu diberikan edukasi kesehatan terkait pencegahan COVID-19 melalui prilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS). Kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan ini dilaksanakan pada Kecamatan Prabumulih Timur pada bulan Juni 2021 pada 40 warga Kecamatan Prabumulih Timur, dengan metode penyuluahan dengan cara cermah dan demonstrasi. Hasilnya terjadi peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan warga dari rata-rata 43.75 menjadi 83.25, dengan persentase sebelum mendapatkan edukasi, katagori pengetahuan kurang 95%, katagori sedang 5%, dan setelah mendapatkan edukasi menjadi 12.5% katagori sedang, dan 87.5% dalam katagori baik. Kesimpulannya kegiatan edukasi kesehatan dengan menggunakan media leaflet dan demonstarsi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan warga terkait pencegahan COVID-19 dengan PHBS, dan dapat menjadi program dalam menekan angka penyebaran kasus COVID-19. Still, the lack of public knowledge about preventing COVID-19 is the main problem with the increase in cases, so the community needs to be given health education regarding the prevention of COVID-19 through life behaviour clean and healthy (PHBS). This health education activity was carried out in East Prabumulih District in June 2021 to 40 residents of East Prabumulih District, using lectures and demonstration methods. The result was an increase in the average knowledge of residents from an average of 43.75 to 83.25, with the percentage before getting an education in the knowledge category being less than 95%, the moderate type was 5%, and after getting an education it was 12.5% in the moderate category, and 87.5% in the excellent category. In conclusion, health education activities using leaflets and demonstration media can increase residents' knowledge regarding the prevention of COVID-19 with PHBS and can be a program to reduce the spread of COVID-19 cases Keywords: COVID-19; health education; PHBS; community.

Method: research This is study descriptive approach quantitative , design cross sectional research . Population study Whole Treated neonates _ with hyperbilirubinemia in space neonates of RSUP Dr. Rivai Abdullah Palembang in 2022 totaling 102 respondents . Sample in study This done with technique non-random sampling in a manner total sampling as many as 102 respondents , Instrument research used _ record medical And checklist sheet . Analysis used _ is analysis univariate And bivariate . Test statistics used istest Chi Square . Results: chi square test obtained There is relationshiptype sex(p value = 0.03 <0.05), OR = 2.641, there is relationship age pregnancy (p-value = 0.007 <0.05), OR = 3.850, there is relationship breastfeeding (p value = 0.009 <0.05), OR = 0.038, There is no relationship infection (p value = 0.164 >0.05), OR = 2.421, There is no relationship hypoglycemia (p value = 0.633 >0.05), OR = 1.535 with incident hyperbilirubinemia Conclusion: There is relationship significant between type gender, age pregnancy and breastfeeding with incident hyperbilirubinemia, meanwhile infection And hypoglycemia There is no relationship significant with incident hyperbilirubinemia.
