The pandemic caused by the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) has had psychological and health impacts on people's lives around the world. On a psychological aspect, this pandemic has caused anxiety due to low mindfulness. To increase the potential of mindfulness, one of the ways taken is by counselor psychological intervention. The authors used an Islamic counseling approach to reduce anxiety and increase mindfulness. Therefore, the research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent control group design. Participants in this study were 14 students consisting of 7 students for each experimental and control group. Participants were invited after filling self-report the anxiety scale facing COVID-19 and indicated that they were in the high category. The data analyzed with the Wilcoxon sign rank test to determine the impact of before and after the intervention was given, then used the Mann Whitney to find out the mean differences between the experimental and control group, and the Rank Spearman to determine the correlation between mindfulness and anxiety. The results showed that Islamic counseling intervention is effective to increase mindfulness which impacted on reducing anxiety in facing the COVID-19 pandemic. Besides, the results of correlation analysis using the Rank Spearman show that there is a correlation between mindfulness and anxiety.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menurunkan perilaku tradeoff mahasiswa. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu satu kelompok eksperimen. Subjek penelitian mahasiswa semester 5, sebanyak 2 siswa skor tinggi dan 3 siswa skor rendah diambil secara random. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan 8 kali pertemuan menggunakan kolaborasi tahapan Konseling Kelompok REB dengan tahapan Teknik DIBS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan skor sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Analisis data Wilcoxon diperoleh asymp sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,041. Diduga konseling kelompok REB teknik DIBS terbukti efektif untuk menurunkan perilaku trade-off mahasiswa.

Through stages such as <em>kandha-takon</em>, <em>weruh-ngerti-krasa-dewe</em>, and <em>saiki-kene-ngene-gnawing</em>. If someone has been able to drive reribed, then his life will be doomed from envy and pride. In the end it will feel a happy life, and happiness itself is a factor in achieving someone's meaning of life.</p><p class="Abstract"><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi teknik <em>ngudari reribed</em> untuk mengarahkan <em>meaning of life</em> siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Borg & Gall sebagai metode. Teknik <em>ngudari reribed</em> sendiri merupakan salah satu teknik konseling <em>kawruh jiwa</em> yang tujuannya untuk melepas segala problema hidup seseorang. Melalui tahapan-tahapan seperti <em>kandha-takon,</em> <em>weruh-ngerti-krasa-dewe</em>, dan <em>saiki-kene-ngene-gelem</em>. Apabila seseorang telah mampu <em>ngudari reribed</em>, maka hidupnya akan terbebaas dari rasa iri dan sombong. Of happiness can arise from mindfulness because mindfulness creates clarity of consciousness, awareness that does not conceptualize and discriminate, awareness and flexible attention, can have an empirical stand against reality, consciously orientates towards the present, awareness and awareness that stable and sustainable. The purpose of this study was to examine the values contained in the teachings of Ki Ageng Suryomentaram to be applied as a counselling technique based on Indonesian culture. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of Gadamerian hermeneutics. The results of the research findings show that: (1) Mindfulness in this context helps to make individuals aware that happiness is not only about fulfilled desires but accepting themselves as they are and fostering an appreciation for moments that occur in life. (2) The compatibility between the technique of "ngudari reribed" and mindfulness lies in the goal of achieving a happy life. (3) Identification of the values contained in Ki Ageng Suryomentaram's discourse can be applied in the "ngudari reribed" counselling technique to increase mindfulness. Mindfulness will help a person feel at peace without worrying about the future and meditating on the past.
