Any married couple willing to have satisfaction in their marriage. However, not all couples could achievesatisfaction in their marriage. The quality of marriage was determined by three attachments style; secureattachment style, avoidant attachment style, and anxiety attachments style. This study aimed to investigate therelationship between attachment and marital satisfaction for early adulthood in Banda Aceh. This study used purposive sampling technique and selected 120 subjects (27 male and 93 female), mean of age 30.75 years old, mean of age marriage was 5-7 years, mean of children is 2. Data collected using ENRICH Marital Satisfaction (EMS) which developed by Fowers and Olson (15 statements, α= .962), and attachment scale (consist of 30items) compiled by researcher based on the theory of Hazan and Shaver (secure attachment α= .864, avoidant α= .877, anxiety α= .691). The results showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between secure attachment and marital satisfaction (rxy=.455; p =.000; p< .001). The result also showed that there is a negative and significant correlation between insecure attachment and marital satisfaction (rxy avoidant = - .460 ; p= .000; p< .001, rxy anxiety = - .231 ; p= .011; p< .05). Among the three attachment, secure attachment style has the highest significant relationship with marital satisfaction. It meant that the higher score of secure attachment style obtained, the higher satisfaction obtained by these couples.
This study aimed to determine the correlation of stress and well-being with gratitude moderation in early adults in Aceh. The method of this research was carried out using a quantitative approach. This study involved 349 early adults (264 female, 85 male) with age range of 20-40 years (M = 22.20) selected through the nonprobability sampling method with incidental sampling techniques. Individual’s stress levels were measured using the Perceived Stress Scale, well-being was measured using the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale, and gratitude was measured using the Skala Bersyukur Indonesia. Data were analyzed using moderated regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that stress had a significant negative relationship to well-being (β1 = -0.788; p < 0.05), then gratitude was able to moderate the relationship of stress and well-being (β3 = 3.257; p < 0.05). This study showed that there was a correlation between stress and well-being with gratitude moderation. It meant that grateful people focus on things that are grateful for every day, so that the impact on low stress levels and can improve individual well-being.
This research aims to (1) produce a reasonable science student worksheet to improve collaboration and communication skills of junior high school student, (2) • determine the student's collaboration skills training by the Wadi worksheet, (3) • determine the student's communication skils training by the Wadi worksheet, (4) • determine the student's response after using the worksheets. This research is R D with 4 D models (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The instruments used in this research consisted of validation form of science student worksheet, the student's questionnaire response form, the form of learning process with project based learning models, self-just my assesment of collaboration skills, peer-just my assesment of collaboration skills, observation sheet of collaboration skills, and observation sheet of communication skills. The data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis for the data of worksheet's validation and students's response. Quantitative analysis for collaboration skills training of self-just my assesment; Peer-just my assesment; and observation sheet data and communication skills training of observation sheet data that for both of them by percentage calculations-gain score calculation U Mann-Whitney, and for percentage of learning process. The result showed that (1) the worksheet that has produced was reasonable to improve collaboration and communication skills of junior high school student; (2) student's collaboration skills training have moderate categories, 31.54% from it is "enough" to be "good" with significantly difference before and after using the worksheet score, by signification value (Sig) was 0.000; (3) the student's communication skills training have moderate categories, it is 47.96% from "less" to be "good" with significantly difference before and after using the worksheet score, by signification value (Sig) was 0.000; (4) the student's response got the worksheet with very well categories (A).
Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan permasalahan yang umumnya dialami oleh para pelajar, tidak terkecuali mahasiswa. Prokrastinasi Akademik adalah kecenderungan untuk menunda atau penghindaran penuh terhadap suatu tugas akademik oleh individu secara sadar. Perilaku ini tidak hanya memengaruhi nilai, tetapi juga kinerja akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan prokrastinasi akademik ditinjau dari jenis kelamin pada mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis komparatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas S berjumlah 336 mahasiswa (168 laki-laki dan 168 perempuan). Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Tuckman Procrastination Scale (TPS). Hasil analisis data menggunakan Mann Whitney U test dengan nilai signifikansi (p)=0,110 (p0,05) yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan prokrastinasi akademik ditinjau dari jenis kelamin pada mahasiswa. Tidak adanya perbedaan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh adanya tuntutan untuk belajar secara mandiri pada laki-laki dan perempuan. Faktor lain tidak adanya perbedaan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa karena dipengaruhi oleh dinamika perkembangan individu yang meliputi perkembangan fisik, psikologis dan peran sosial.
This study was conducted to determine effect of the application of the regional financial accounting system, Human Resource Competence, Internal Audit on the quality regional financial reports in Tuban regional government.This research includes survey research. This research is a popular research. The population in this study were 21 agencies and offices in Tuban Regency as many as 114 people. The data collection technique used is questionnaire. The analysis prerequisite test includes validity and reliability tests as well classical assumption tests which include normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate the application of the Regional Financial Accounting System has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Regional Financial Reports in Tuban Regency Government, Regional Human Resource Competence has negative and significant effect on the Quality of Regional Financial Reports in Tuban Regency Government, The role of Internal Audit has positive and insignificant effect on the Quality of Regional Financial Reports in Tuban Regency Government, The application of the regional financial accounting system, the competence of human resources simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Regional Financial Reports in Tuban Regional Government
