Every “kalam” in Arabic is a sentence “jumlah”. The ability of student to express something in their mind’s, or their heart’s, or convey the idea, or giving information to other, or reading comprehension, or daring to speak with Arabs, or interaction with other is affected by understanding of the “jumlah”. The problem which experienced by student in class Va in Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School is understanding of “jumlah ismiyah” was still little bit. Therefore, expected to teachers who teach nahwu’s lesson to use a method or a correspond’s book. And name of the book is al-Ṭabīq al-Nuhawil wa al-Șarfi. The aim of this research is to know effectiveness al-Ṭabīq al-Nuhawil wa al-Șarfi book to improve student’s ability in understanding “jumlah ismiyah”. The method used in this research is Quasi Experiment. This study conducted in class five Darul Ulum Islamic boarding school Banda Aceh, Indonesia. The total sample was twenty eight students of class five A. This research found that the use at-Tathbiq an-Nahwi wa as-Sharfi textbook to improve students’ ability in the understanding “jumlah ismiyah” is very effective.
The low interest of students in counseling and guidance services can be seen from the lack of students who come by themselves in the room for guidance and counseling. The problem examined in this study is how the active role of teacher guidance and counseling on the interest of guidance and counseling services in class VIII D of SMP Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. So the purpose of this study is to find out how much the active role of teachers is guidance and counseling on the interest of counseling and counseling services for class VIII D of SMP Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. This research method is to use Qualitative methods. The research subjects in this study amounted to ten students of class VIII D. Data collection methods in this study used, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that class VIII D students in SMP Negeri 3 Banjarbaru have a pretty good interest in counseling and guidance services carried out in their schools, but these students do not take advantage of existing services because of lack of motivation or self-desire to use the service. So that the active role of teacher guidance and counseling in handling this is to provide motivation to students so that the guidance given to students has an impact on good change. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat in partner with Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga (UP2K) “Mulan” which consists of Dasa Wisma “Mawar” in the Kelayan Dalam, Banjarmasin city. Mitra is a Dasa Wisma community that has members from women who have micro businesses. The home-based businesses that are carried out by the Dasa Wisma women are in the form of dry and wet food products, including Sago Tempe Chips, Rengginang, Banana Chips, Betel Nut, Porridge Bingka, Rolls, Cakes, Resoles And Pies. Product sales are still carried out conventionally, namely deposited at a souvenir center shop, sold directly in traditional markets or receiving orders from certain parties, there are no records or bookkeeping, the production process still uses simple tools. Based on the analysis of the situation, the problems faced by partners are the partner marketing aspect regarding the e-marketplace, the financial aspect related to financial reports, and the production aspect is still being done with household appliances.Thus, the solution offered to solve partner problems is to conduct e-commerce socialization & training along with the preparation of financial reports. The activity method begins with the preparation stage, then the implementation stage, and finally the mentoring and reporting stage which is planned to be completed within a period of 8 months. The results after implementing the program have been achieved, namely, business actors have increased understanding of the importance of e-commerce, especially online marketing and understanding finances. In addition, partners who previously did not have a Shopee and Tokopedia account after the training already have an account registered with Shopee and can be used in business activities. Next partners are given a cash book so they can record costs and sales.
In the world of education to find out whether the educational process is successful in accordance with educational goals, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation to find out the extent of its success. Measuring is the most common activity carried out and is an action that initiates evaluation activities in the assessment of learning outcomes. The test is a method used by educators to measure and assess students' abilities systematically, fairly, objectively, and prosuderal by giving tasks in the form of questions and statements that must be done by students so that they can produce values that symbolize student achievement.
Teacher performance needs to be continuously improved because it affects the quality of graduates and the quality of education. It is necessary to conduct research related to what factors can affect teacher performance to improve teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work commitment on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. All members of the population, amounting to 43 people, are used as samples. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire technique. Before the instrument is used, the first instrument is tested to determine its validity and reliability. Technical analysis of the data using simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 22 application. From the research results, it is known that (1) motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance by 36.1%; (2) commitment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance by 41.0%; (3) simultaneously work motivation and commitment have a positive effect on teacher performance by 50.7%. The conclusion is that the two variables, individually or together, are a determining factor in improving teacher performance.
