The aim of the study is to determine the extent to which the transport and logistics companies fulfilled sustainable development goals. The research sample includes 2021 top 10 transport and logistics companies. The research was conducted through in-depth study of sustainable development reports, content analysis, systematization and grouping of information on tools used to achieve sustainable development goals by transport and logistics companies. The dependence of the number of fulfilled sustainable development goals on the amount of revenue, net income and the number of employees was established through trend analysis of logarithmic dependence. The research results demonstrated that transport and logistics companies fulfil much more sustainable development goals than expected. Transport and logistics companies are actively fulfilling quality education, gender equality, and clean energy in addition to the emission reduction targets and mitigating the effects of climate change. The companies have developed policies to significantly expand the impact on fields other than provision of transport and logistics services. Companies are actively developing and implementing alternative energy sources, clean energy, and contribute to the fulfilment of good health and well-being goals. The research results indicate the dependence of the number of fulfilled sustainable development goals on the company size. It is established that the greater the amount of gross revenue, net revenue or number of employees, the more sustainable development goals the company fulfils. The obtained results can be used by transport and logistics companies in further development of policies for the fulfilment of sustainable development goals. The conducted research opens up new areas of further studies, in particular the impact of fulfilling sustainable development goals by transport and logistics companies on their investment attractiveness and market capitalization.

The realities, which influence the development of services enterprises in the conditions of European integration of the country's economy, are explored.
The article examines the current state of work of enterprises in the service sector. Forecasts for social media users are presented. Thus, according to Statista, it is predicted that in 2023 the increase of consumers will be 22% compared to 2017. That is, social networks are an indispensable part of most people's lives and many companies successfully use it to interact with their consumers. The article defines the main types of social networks and provides their characteristics and differences. In addition to the types and characteristics, a classification of social networks is provided and the main directions of use of each of the groups are presented. The conceptual apparatus "Marketing in Social Networks" is presented. Identified advantages and disadvantages of using SMM are fast feedback, adjustable. After launching a product to the "masses", you can get feedback about it within seconds. Such quick contact with the client allows you to immediately respond to comments about the product. At the moment, the audience of social networks is considered the most voluminous and segmented, which allows you to quickly find your "viewer" and work with a specific target audience. Social networks are a unique platform for both Internet users and various companies that get a unique opportunity to find their audience. Every day, consumers look for information of interest to them in social networks and exchange opinions about various goods and services, as well as their wishes. All these actions undoubtedly affect the reputation of the basic entities, which is why it is important for companies to be in this environment, monitor feedback and interact with consumers. That is, SMM is an effective marketing tool for promoting business and attracting a loyal target audience.
The article considers the features of innovative strategic management of enterprises during the pandemic COVID-19. The critical analysis of scientific works on the outlined problems is investigated and it is revealed not to open questions concerning a crisis situation of the enterprises which have been caused by quarantine. At the same time, the issues related to the features and specifics of the formation of innovative strategic management in times of crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic for the formation and selection of solutions in enterprises are studied at a low level. The concept of strategy and innovative strategic management and strategic planning is revealed. Peculiarities and principles of strategic planning that characterize the management structure and production and technical base of the enterprise are determined. The main stages of management processes of the enterprise on the basis of which the basic elements of the innovative vision of a problem of the enterprises were presented are investigated. It is innovative thinking and is a promising solution for the formation of strategic management during quarantine. Strategic management in the article is considered as a set of five interrelated management processes and related typical actions. The forms of strategy implementation and strategic control are determined. The model of innovative strategic management of the enterprise is developed. The basis of the offered model is the thorough analysis of activity of the enterprise, namely: potential of the enterprise in a cut of its components, the strategic analysis. It is mandatory to take into account environmental factors, the impact of which on the activities of the enterprise is variable and unstable. Recommendations for strategic management of enterprises during the crisis caused by Covid-19 have been formed. Namely, the two most expedient and possible for the implementation of innovative management strategies were noted: the strategy is related to the development of the transportation system; the strategy is aimed at developing the production and technical base and personnel.
The ecological state of Kyiv and Kyiv region is considered in the article. This helped to strengthen the innovation direction in improving the environmental situation. At the present stage of development it becomes necessary to expand environmental priorities in the areas of innovation policy: investing in innovation in environmental rehabilitation and the revival of natural potential; development of innovative ecological entrepreneurship, creation of eco-socio-technological parks; continuous improvement of environmental management systems; formation of ecological and innovative potential of regions and corresponding innovation infrastructures. The article identifies the main objects that have a significant negative impact on citizens living in Kyiv and Kyiv region. It is determined that road transport harms humanity by 85% more than other objects of study. The ratings of Ukraine on the index of environmental efficiency and the main indicators of the impact of air pollution on the health of citizens of Ukraine and the city of Kyiv have been studied. As shown, Kyiv ranked fourth in Europe in the number of deaths due to poor ecology. On the basis of the researched material innovative measures for improvement of nature protection activity of the country were offered. Studies of the impact of air emissions became the basis for proposals to change the technical and economic re-equipment of motor transport enterprises. An innovative proposal to reduce material costs in trucking companies, namely fuel costs, through the introduction of combined fuel consumption systems (methane / diesel), which will reduce fuel costs by up to 40-45%, as compressed methane (CNG) by almost 60 % cheaper than diesel and reduction of negative emissions into the environment. The application of the proposed environmental actions is proved. The above proposal is the most up-to-date, as the analysis of the market of enterprises in the field of "Transportation of goods by road" showed that this innovative environmental action has great potential for development, both economically and environmentally.
