This study aims to develop Arabic language teaching media based on mobile learning and to determine the feasibility and influence of the developed media on student learning outcomes. Hannafin and Peck's development model is the model used in this study. Needs analysis, design, development and implementation are the stages in this research. This study involved material experts and media experts as validators. This study produces Arabic language teaching media products with mufrodat material based on mobile learning for Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) with an offline operational system using a smartphone (Android). The feasibility of this product is classified in the very feasible category with a percentage score of 93% by material experts, 96.25% by media experts, 93% one on one trial, 86% small group trials, 92% by large group trials (field trials). Based on the results of calculations with the T-test, the value obtained t0 = 62.5> t table = 2.093 with a difference in learning outcomes reaching 38.75. Thus the media for teaching Arabic lessons on the basis of mobile learning, the developed mufrodat material is very effective and also very suitable for use in learning Arabic.
This research is focused on to cope with the problems commonly encountered by students in learning Arabic including low retention, low motivation, lack of skills and unsatisfactory learning achievement due to insufficient learning facilities and variations. This study is aimed at acquiring obtaining empirical data "The influence of Arabic language-based learning model SAVI (somatic visual auditory intellectual) in improving the learning outcomes of students of class VIII in MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung in 2016/2017". This study is a quasi-experimental research (quasi experimental research). Based on the analysis of homogeneity is known that both data result of learning the Arabic language learners class VIII G (experimental class) and the result of learning the Arabic language learners class VIII F (control group) have the same variance (homogeneous). So as to test the hypothesis can be used t-test. The calculation result obtained using t-test, t-test = 4.698 and of the distribution table at significant level known ttabel = 2.00 therefore thit> ttable. The results of these calculations at the same time also shows that the application of the model of learning Arabic based SAVI can significantly affect the learning outcome Arabic language learners because learning model Arabic-based SAVI can make students more creative, independent, more active and feel unfettered in the learning process in the classroom. Tanggapan ekspert materi, ekspert media, ekspert bahasa, seluruh tanggapannya berkategori “produk sangat memiliki kelayakan”.
The purpose of this study was to determine the continuous professional development which covers self-development, scientific publications, and innovative works on Islamic religious education teachers in Bandar Lampung city, Indonesia. This study employs the qualitative-descriptive approach with the teachers, principals, the chairperson of Islamic religious education Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP), and the head of State Office of Education Bandar Lampung as the sources of data. The data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data triangulation through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study discovers that 1) to develop themselves, the teachers join MGMP activities, training, workshops, seminars, and others, 2) for scientific publications in the form of scientific papers, the teachers participate in the national level competitions and workbooks writing although, in a minimal amount, 3) for innovative work, the teachers prepare the learning standards, learning guidelines, semester exam questions, syllabus development, lesson plan development, teaching materials development, editing blueprints of Islamic religious education questions although without continuous innovation.
