This study examines the strategy of community economic welfare improvement through empowering coastal women in utilizing fishery waste products. The informants were purposively pick up from those who attended the training of waste processing of fishery products and took the follow-up training. Additional data were collected through observation, interview and documental study. The cumulative data were then examined used SWOT analysis. The results show that the workable strategy was SO (Strengths–Opportunities) strategy, namely using internal strengths to get the advantage from external opportunities. The weaknesses needs for improvement were lack of skill, lack of tools or equipment to process the products, lack of funds, unregistered business body and limited market. Meanwhile, the threats from competitors of similar products, unavailability of product distributors, consumer demand for more creative products, and rapid technological development are hard to follow by coastal women.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh disiplin dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja PNS melalui motivasi kerja Satpol PP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Sebanyak 48 responden anggota Satpol PP di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dan hipotesis diuji menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, Disiplin, Budaya Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Satpol PP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Kedua, budaya kerja, disiplin berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja pada Satpol PP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Ketiga, budaya kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pada Satpol PP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.
There are many ways that universities can promote their programs and services to get the attention of prospective buyers. One strategy is to use social media to promote its products and services. Furthermore, the author believes that the successful promotion of various products owned by investment will determine the University's progress. We obtained data from publications such as comma books, journals, and several websites discussing university marketing promotion issues on social media pages to fill out this discussion. To answer this royal question, we have to go through the data analysis process by following the rules of scientific studies, including through a coding data evaluation system and drawing conclusions considering that the data we present is valid and reliable. Finally, we can conclude after reviewing the data and also in-depth discussions where we found that the effectiveness of marketing through social media for investment products and services is very appropriate and effective considering that today social media has become a place not only for young people to be friends but also a place for young people to become friends, and literature for business purposes as well as promotion including promotion of high change programs.
This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work environment, and human resource development on employee performance. The method used in this research is explanatory (research explanatory). The sample of this study amounted to 97 people. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and statistical inferential analysis of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial least squares approach (SEM-PLS). The findings in the study conclude that leadership style, work environment, and human resource development have a significant effect on employee performance at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Central Kalimantan Province. The work environment variable is the variable that has the greatest influence on employee performance. Research implications provide information for policy makers, stakeholders and management to pay attention to a good and well-articulated work environment and HR development in organizations.
