This research discusses issues concerning with the performance of marketing of micro and small entrepreneurs at the South Tangerang - Banten. Data were collected from 65 respondents, and PLS-SEM was used as an analysis tool. The results show that creative product innovation, market orientation, and marketing strategies have a positive effect on marketing performance. In addition, business development also proved to have an effect on marketing performance. Implications and suggestions are described in this paper.

Indonesia experiences various disasters that affect human life in the economic and social aspects. Those disasters also affect the agriculture sector, and farmers have to face destroyed land and crop loss. The lives of farmers become more vulnerable. This paper presents the various disasters in Indonesia that affect agriculture, how the farmers' lives get affected, and how the farmers cope with the impacts of the disasters with various mitigation strategies. Management of disaster risk reduction is being conducted by farmers with their local wisdom such as using predicting climate change with pranata mangsa in Java, and applying pikukuh for earthquake resistant house construction in Badduy Tribe. It is supported by the relevant stakeholders that, time by time, gets more support with advanced sciences. Farmers do have their own ways to cope with disasters, but other parties' involvement is needed to make disaster risk reduction management more effective such as through education or direct and indirect aids. Farmers cannot work along for the disaster mitigation, therefore good inter stakeholder coordination is needed.
Microfinance institutions (MFIs) is an institution conducting the provision of financial services to micro and small entrepreneurs including shallot farmers. This study aims to determine the accessibility and the influencing factors of farmer's decisions in determining the source of financing for shallot business sustainability. The study was conducted in Bantul as the centre production of shallot in DIY. Two hundred and five of farmers (205 persons) as microfinance client taken randomly, were interviewed and observed in collecting primary data, and then analyzed using Multinomial Logit Model. Farmers group is the microfinance institution that the most accessible for farmers to access shortterm credit scheme (seasonal). The farmers can defer the payment to the next season in case the crop failure, while the farmers perceive that the administrative procedures is simple. Tne education level of farmers, the farming experience, the number of family members, the frequency of credit, the farmers' perception about MFI services, the total income, and the amount of credits are the factors that influence the decisions of farmers in the selection of the MFI as source of business finance.
Red rice is a staple food and is known as germplasm in Gunungkidul Regency. Panggang District is one of the sub-districts that has low productivity in red rice farming. This study aims to determine the contribution of income, food security, and household welfare levels of dry land red rice farmers before Covid-19 and during Covid-19. This research was conducted in Panggang District which was determined purposively. The number of samples taken using the Slovin formula and obtained 100 respondents for sampling using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using quantitative analysis in the form of farmer household income analysis, contribution analysis, food security analysis, and welfare analysis. The results showed that there was an impact during Covid-19 on the contribution of farmers' income which decreased. The level of food security of farmer households also has an impact, during Covid-19 the number of households in the food insecure category has increased. The level of welfare of farmer households measured using two indicators, namely the Purchasing Power of Farmers' Households and the Income Exchange Rate of the Perani Household showed the same results, namely the impact during Covid-19 was seen by the increase in households with the category of not being prosperous.
