Abstract-The use of mobile learning tool has controversy in Indonesian schools. Some teachers feel that it would interfere with the learning process in the classroom, but at the same time teachers saw a lot of potential of mobile technology. The goal of this study is to observe secondary schools on facilitating students through the use of mobile learning. This research is descriptive qualitative evaluations on the assembling mobile learning in several secondary schools in several regions in Indonesia during 2014-2015. The results of this study indicate that some of the schools that have implemented mobile learning, there is a tendency that mobile learning was not in a planned and structured as a school program. Two things are important to solve this condition are the availability of government policy and increase literacy teachers in managing mobile learning application.
Nowadays, the development of technology emphasizes the educators to be able to utilize the technology greatly in teaching and learning processes, including the learning assessment. In fact, the implementation of the technology, such as the utilization of an online-based test, seems to develop in the process of learning assessment. Hence, this present research proposes to develop the computer-based test (CBT) application for the comprehensive test of basic chemistry in measuring the higher order thinking skill (HOTS) of the undergraduate students in the major of chemistry education department. Furthermore, to facilitate their necessaries in optimizing the computer-based test (CBT) application, it seems to indicate that the application needs a new innovation in the certain parts in terms of the design itself and the simplicity of the online test that enables to be accessed either from the mobile phones or the students’ laptops. Notably, the development of the computer-based test application in the present research attempts to use the programming language PHP and MySQL in producing the database. Moreover, the author administrates five phases in promoting the application, such as developing the devices within the preliminary study, planning, creating the product design, testing the limited product, and revising the limited product testing. As the result, the findings of the research are expected to become the primary component in developing the online assessment. In other words, it enables to measure the learners’ competencies in comprehending the learning materials of basic chemistry and the higher order thinking skill for the undergraduate students of chemistry education department.
<p align="center"><span style="font-size: medium;">Abstrak</span></p><p>Lapangan Panas Bumi “S” merupakan lapangan panas bumi water dominated, lapangan ini sudah diproduksikan dengan satu unit PLTP dengan kapasitas terpasang 60 MWe. Dalam pengembanganya, akan dilakukan pembangunan PLTP Unit II. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memodelkan reservoir <del datetime="2020-01-13T07:21"> </del>dengan bantuan software tough2 dan melakukan simulasi pengembangan lapangan “S” melalui pembangunan PLTP Unit II dengan penambahan lima sumur produksi. Metodologi yang digunakan dengan membuat pemodelan reservoir dengan bantuan software <em>tough2</em>. Pertama yang dilakukan menentukan grid yang akan dibuat, kemudian memasukan material, porositas, perme<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><ins datetime="2020-01-13T07:23"><span style="color: #008080;">a</span></ins></span>bilitas, konduktivitas panas dan <em>specific heat</em>. Kemudian melakukan inisialisasi dengan melakukan running selama enam puluh tahun. <em>H</em><em>i</em><em>story matching</em> data produksi tiap-tiap sumur dilakukan dengan merubah parameter permebilitas batuan reservoir sampai terjadi matching tekanan dan temperatur antara kondisi aktual dengan model. Setelah dilakukan <em>history matching </em>kemudian dilakukan pengembangan PLTP Unit II dengan menambah lima sumur.
