This study aims to research determine the effect of job stress against job satisfaction employees in the branch offices of PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Variabel studied were job stress as the independent variable (X) and variable job satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The method used in this study is quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 31 respondents. Techniques used in the purposive sampling and quota sampling. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypothesis is a simple regression analysis using SPSS version 17.00. Based on the calculations, the p value for the correlation of job stress and job satisfaction of 0.001 (p < 0,05). Regression equation, Y = 116,144 – 0,656X and the level of influence (R Square) of job stress on job satisfaction is 0.284, which means that job stress affects job satisfaction by 28,4% and the remaining 71,6% is influenced by factors other than job stress. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so it can be concluded that there was a significant influence between job stress on job satisfaction of employees in branch offices PT. Pegadaian (Persero).
Nowadays, the development of technology emphasizes the educators to be able to utilize the technology greatly in teaching and learning processes, including the learning assessment. In fact, the implementation of the technology, such as the utilization of an online-based test, seems to develop in the process of learning assessment. Hence, this present research proposes to develop the computer-based test (CBT) application for the comprehensive test of basic chemistry in measuring the higher order thinking skill (HOTS) of the undergraduate students in the major of chemistry education department. Furthermore, to facilitate their necessaries in optimizing the computer-based test (CBT) application, it seems to indicate that the application needs a new innovation in the certain parts in terms of the design itself and the simplicity of the online test that enables to be accessed either from the mobile phones or the students’ laptops. Notably, the development of the computer-based test application in the present research attempts to use the programming language PHP and MySQL in producing the database. Moreover, the author administrates five phases in promoting the application, such as developing the devices within the preliminary study, planning, creating the product design, testing the limited product, and revising the limited product testing. As the result, the findings of the research are expected to become the primary component in developing the online assessment. In other words, it enables to measure the learners’ competencies in comprehending the learning materials of basic chemistry and the higher order thinking skill for the undergraduate students of chemistry education department.

Undang-undang No. 20 Tahun 2003, Pasal 39 (2) menjelaskan bahwa pendidik merupakan tenaga profesional yang bertugas merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, menilai hasil pembelajaran, melakukan pembimbingan dan pelatihan.Guru sangatlah berperan dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, sehingga seorang guru haruslah berkualitas dalam mentransfer ilmu yang dia miliki kepada peserta didiknya. Guru adalah SDM yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, maka dari itu kinerja seorang guru akan sangat menentukan masa depan suatu bangsa.
Evaluation described in this paper is the evaluation of item-writing program national level Bloom's taxonomy-based application SIAP. This application was developed by the Center for Educational Assessment, Research, Ministry of Education to help facilitate the writing about a question bank. Writing about the new SIAP-based applications were initiated in 2017. The author questions that have been selected to write about using the application SIAP. Material undertaking as center officials also carry out the revision and reception problems with this application. Problems that have been received is what will be a matter for question bank. During the implementation of which will enter the age of two years, of course, required the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of this application. Internal Puspendik have done so for the first time in early 2018. Questionnaires distributed through SIAP application. The method used is the method of evaluative analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. This evaluation uses Kirkpatrick evaluation model. Population and sample are about the author of the national selection results throughout Indonesia in 2016. The result is the level of satisfaction of the application writer SIAP (84.89% / Good), satisfaction of communication with undertaking Materials (79.35% / Good), and satisfaction with the Admin (68.79 / Pretty Good).
What is more, the instrument of research is administrated by examining the questions' items through the CBT program consisting questions based on the learning competencies of basic chemistry in the higher education level. Therefore, the findings seem to indicate that (1) The test instrument carried the students in MOTS possesses the average 92%. While, the average percentage of the students who have HOTS is about 72%. Therefore, the students are able to do various kinds of questions covering HOTS;(2) The character and the preservice teachers' responses in accomplishing the questions trough CBT show the average point for about 80.1 and it is included in good category.
