Since the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia last March 2, 2020, all service and empowerment activities in 2020 have followed restrictions on direct activities involving large crowds and crowds. The Covid-19 pandemic has devastated all aspects of economic and social life, especially for the tourism world, especially in Bali. Central Singapadu Village, which has only been designated as a Tourism Village in Gianyar Regency since 2018, is one of the newly developed tourist villages with potential that also experiences physical and non-physical problems. The Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach emphasizes village potential and the utilization of this potential becomes an opportunity in the development of education, adventure, and resilient tourism villages during the COVID-19 period. This approach focuses on the needs in village development by mapping problems in the community, including partner groups, community leaders and village government.
Desa Cau Belayu dinobatkan menjadi desa wisata pada 19 Agustus 2020 berdasarkan pada Keputusan Bupati Tabanan Nomor 180/1286/03/HK&HAM/2020 tentang Penetapan Desa Cau Belayu sebagai Desa Wisata. Akan tetapi, pengelolaan wisata belum berkembang masih monoton dan minimnya partisipasi masyarkat lokal dalam menunjang kegiatan wisata di Desa Cau Belayu. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan melaksanakan pelatihan strategi pengembangan desa wisata, pelatihan pemberdayaan Pokdarwis, pelatihan pengelolaan website dalam menunjang pemasaran wisata, dan terakhir menyusun buku pengelolaan website desa wisata. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara kepada mitra. Kegiatan ini menyasar masyarakat yang berjumlah 20 orang yang terdiri dari Pokdarwis, sekaa truna truni, dan perangkat desa cau belayu. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan luaran berupa fokus pengembangan desa wisata, roadmap pengembangan desa wisata, sistem perencanaan dan pengembangan desa wisata, sistem kerja kolaboratif antar Pokdarwis, perangkat desa, dan masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi segala permasalahan yang ada di Desa Wisata Cau Belayu.
This minority of disability affects the fulfillment of the needs and rights of persons with disability by the Government. The needs of persons with disability are often not seen by the Government. Whereas persons with disability have the right to fulfillment and equal rights with society in General. In the city of Denpasar, which is the administrative center of the region of Bali himself was, the needs of persons with disability is not fulfilled to the maximum. The needs of persons with disability rights up to government level is inseparable from the existence of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). NGO nongovernmental institution has great influence in a decision public. Nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) Concerned with Disability can help so that the needs and rights of persons with disability have their right in Government policy through the stages of the public policy advocacy. By using qualitative research methods, the conclusion that Care Disability NGOs have been able to be part of the policy advocacy disability. It's just a policy that successfully produced the present province of new haven't touched the scope of Denpasar.
Data Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Bali, jumlah timbulan atau dengan kata lain volume sampah atau berat sampah yang dihasilkan di Bali terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Klungkung menempati posisi kedua dengan timbunan sampah mencapai 2.893 meter kubik per hari. Overload kapasitas sampah yang terjadi diberbagai daerah di Bali termasuk diantaranya Kabupaten Klungkung ini dijadikan peluang bagi Bupati Klungkung dalam menghasilkan sebuah inovasi pengelolaan sampah di Kabupaten Klungkung. Inovasi tersebut dinamakan sebagai Program Tempat Olah Sampah Setempat (TOSS). Inovasi yang diinisiasi oleh Bupati Klungkung ini menjadi satu-satunya inovasi pengelolaan sampah pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Bali. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisioner oleh responden sebanyak 98 orang dan wawancara di lapangan terhadap informan. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan-laporan, artikel ilmiah atau penelitian sejenis yang berhubungan dengan Program Tempat Olah Sampah Setempat (TOSS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis variabel Respon Masyarakat Terhadap Program Tempat Olah Sampah Setempat (Toss) Di Desa Gunaksa, keinginan untuk bertindak/berpartisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam program TOSS masih kurang baik.
