Relevance of a considered problem is caused by that situation, in which appeared pedagogical education of Russia at present. Absence of clear understanding of prospect of school, of requirements to the modern teacher, of the purposes of students training in the conditions of continuous reformed education brought in pedagogical universities to loss of vision of prospect. Nowadays problems of the teacher's training are very actual for new school. The info field changes very quickly. Taking into account these factors, it is important to organize process of training of future teachers so that it was enough received tools: methods, receptions, and ways of receiving, processing and transfer of information-in order that adequate to requirements of time to carry out the professional pedagogical activity with the greatest effect. It is possible only at combination of educational training of the student with self-development of pedagogical competence. In article the conditions necessary for formation of motivation to self-development of pedagogical competence of students are considered. And also the main conditions of process of formation of pedagogical competence of future teachers are considered.
Structural and functional stability of college, university and industry integration in regional system of professional education is achieved through the creation of common educational-industrial space. The leading approach to the study of this problem is an integrative approach which allows predicting the transition of the integrated system "college-university-enterprise" on the qualitatively new level due to the agreed goals, tasks, functions, and actions of this system subjects, contributing to the implementation of forward-looking professional training of competitive specialists. The main functions of the development of the integrated educational-industrial complex "college-university-enterprise" in the article are indicated as follows: coordinating, prognostic, anticipatory, consolidating, corporate, sublimating. The article submissions represent a theoretical value to researchers concerned with integration issues, and also have practical significance for subjects of the integrated system of "education-production" in order to prepare specialists meeting the requirements of modern production.
The state is interested in the formation of teaching staff competitiveness of both higher and secondary vocational education institutions, as it is associated with solving the problems of training competitive specialists for innovative production, increasing the social efficiency of organizations and institutions, economic recovery of the country. In this regard, this article reveals the specifics of modeling the process of the teaching staff competitiveness formation. Major approaches to the study of this problem were the integrative and milieu approaches, a symbiosis of which allows creating competitiveness of the teaching staff, taking into account the features of college educational environment, involving integration of educational, methodological and research activities of teachers; features of professional and interprofessional interaction between members of college teaching staff with staffs of other educational institutions, scientific research institutes, professional community. Specifics of modeling the formation of college teaching staff competitiveness consist in the set of components proposed by the authors (theoretically-methodological, functionally-targeted, substantive, procedural and productive clusters) and in their contents.
Purpose: The paper deals with the optimization of the preparation of educational professional programs of higher education to the processes of accreditation and licensing. Methodology:In this paper, we will consider technical tools that optimize the organization of the management of the university's educational process in the conditions of the "digitalization" of education.Result: Since the verification of compliance of University educational programs with the requirements of Federal state educational standards is carried out in the process of accreditation examination, it is necessary to optimize the organization of management of the educational process of the University on the basis of computer equipment and software.Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of the organization of the university educational process in terms of digitalization of education is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.
