ABSTRAKAngka kejadian anemia di Kabupaten Jombang masih tinggi. Masalahnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan asupan makanan yang kaya zat besi guna mengatasi dan mencegah anemia. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi jus bayam air jeruk nipis terhadap kadar hemoglobin remaja putri dengan anemia di PP.Darul Muttaqin Kabupaten Jombang Tahun 2017.Desain penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian Quasy Eksperiment. Populasi semua remaja putri yang mengalami anemia di PP Darul Muttaqin Jombang sebanyak 36 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 32 responden, pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji Paired t test. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagian besar responden mengalami anemia ringan dan sedang sebelum perlakuan dengan rerata 10,12gr%. Sedangkan setelahnya hampir seluruh responden mengalami kenaikan dengan rerata 11,07gr%. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan bahwa nilai ρ (0,000) dari α (0,05) maka dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian jus bayam air jeruk nipis terhadap kadar hemogobin remaja putri dengan anemia.Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai sumber referensi agar masyarakat khususnya remaja sadar akan berbagai macam manfaat sayur dan buah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tubuh. The problem is the lack of knowledge and the food intake of feros in order to resolve and prevent anemia. The goal of research to know how the consumption of spinach juice lime juice against the levels of hemoglobin young women with anemia in PP Darul Muttaqin Jombang 2017. Design research is research conducted Quasy alphabets experiment. The population of all young women are anemic in PP Darul Muttaqin Jombang stubs as much as 36 respondents. Sampling generally purposive sampling. Research results are then analiyzed using Paired t test. Research results are most respondents are light weight and anemic before treatment with average 10,2 gr%. While nearly all respondents subsequently increase with average 11,07 gr%. The results of the statistical tes show that the value of ρ (0.000) of α (0.05) then it can be interpreted that there influence the granting of spinach juice lime juice hemoglobin levels against young women with anemia. Research results are expected to be used as a reference source in order for the community especially teens are aware of the full range of benefits of vegetable and fruit in meeting the needs of the body. Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is an infectious disease characterized by high fever and red spots on the skin with unclear causal factor.The increasing number of DHF cases for the past few years indicated poor environmental health indicator. The purpose of this study was to determine theassociation between socio-economic factor, home sanitation, sense of belonging, and health behavior, in patients with DHF. Subjects and Method:This was an analytic observational study with case control design.This study was conducted at Campurejo Health Center, Kediri, East Java.A total sample of 100 patients with DHF were selected for this study. The dependent variable was health behavior. The independent variables were socio-economic factor, home sanitation, and sense of belonging. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by multiple logistic regression. Results: Education ≥ senior high school(OR= 3.15;95% CI= 1.22to 8.14; p=0.018), family income≥ regional minimum wage (OR= 9.14; 95%CI= 3.13to 26.70;p=0.001), good home sanitation (OR= 3.10;95% CI= 1.12to 8.58; p=0.029), and sense of belonging(OR= 12.01; 95%CI= 4.02to 35.89; p=0.001) were associated with healthier behavior. Conclusion: Education ≥ senior high school, family income ≥ regional minimum wage, good home sanitation, and sense of belongingare associated with healthier behavior.
Brides-to-be are the right targets in an effort to improve the health of the period before pregnancy. Brides-to-be need to prepare reproductive health both in the bride and in the bride-to-be, so that after marriage can have a good health status in order to produce a quality generation. This service aims to increase knowledge, awareness, willingness and ability of the bride and groom to prevent the risk of pregnancy. The method used is to provide counseling to 10 respondents while keeping their distance. Counseling is delivered with the theme of preventing the risk of pregnancy in brides-to-be with health education through booklet media. The results of the counseling showed a significant increase in public understanding of the problem from 48.15% to 87.35%. Based on these results, it is hoped that the public can apply this knowledge correctly in order to realize the highest degree of public health
Breast milk (breast milk) is the best food for babies and every baby has the right to get it. The heart of banana (Musa paradisiaca) is useful for increasing the production of breast milk containing lactogogum, which is a nutrient that is able to launch breast milk. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of banana heart consumption on the smoothness of breast milk in puerperal mothers The research method used is the one group pre test post test design method. The population studied was all puerperal mothers whose milk production was not smooth with a sample of 15 respondents. The technique used was acidental sampling then using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed that the smoothness of breast milk in puerperal mothers after banana heart consumption was more than before the consumption of banana heart pupae. The results of the analysis showed that ( α = 0.05 obtained ρ value = 0.001 so that ρ value < α means H0 rejected H1 is accepted ) there is an effect of banana heart consumption on the smoothness of breast milk The conclusion of all puerperal mothers before the consumption of banana heart kapok breast milk is not smooth (100%). Almost all respondents after consuming banana heart pupae their breast milk smoothly (80.0 %). There is an effect of giving banana heart to the smoothness of breast milk in puerperal mothers.
