The purpose of the investigation is to make a theoretical generalization in terms of revealing the essence of the preventive activities of the National Police aimed at the exclusion of violations of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons. Main content. It should be noted that today Ukraine has been faced with an unknown problem -the need to solve problems related to forced migrants, which requires the development of effective mechanisms for the realization of the right to social protectionof this category of the population, as part of the activities of the National Police. Methodology: The dialectical method of scientific knowledge is the methodological basis of the investigation. Conclusions. It has been established that the protection ofthe rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons within the activities of the preventive police forces is carried out by observing the following norms: the principle of supremacy of the law; preventive police forces guarantee the protection of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons regardless of their political beliefs and party affiliation.

The relevance of the study is determined by the necessity to generalize the problems of implementation of the right to a fair trial faced by various states in connection with quarantine restrictions, as well as the experience of the administration of justice under martial law. This made it possible to establish a common understanding of the right to a fair trial within the borders of the Council of Europe member states, as well as the means of solving the issue of justice by the Ukrainian authorities in the conditions of the occupation and the military actions of the Russian army.

The purpose of the article is to analyze modern literature in the direction of the personification of the educational process in Ukraine, to develop the theoretical foundations for the personification of the educational activities of the university in a pandemic using research methods were used to solve the set tasks: theoretical (study and analysis of scientific and pedagogical, psychological and pedagogical, reference, specialized literature, regulatory documentation on the topic of research, additional professional advanced training programs; analysis, comparison, classification of the information received and generalization); empirical (pedagogical experiment, observation, questionnaire survey, survey, conversation, testing) during an international pandemic. The article substantiates the concept of personalization of the educational process in higher education, indicates the place of personalization in some other definitions. Based on the analysis, an information model of the personalization of the educational process in higher education is proposed, socio-cultural prerequisites and methodological approaches to ensuring the personalization of the educational process in the university are disclosed, psychological and pedagogical features of the development of the individual in the educational process of the university are considered according to target (ideal) guidelines, the main technologies for personalizing the educational process are classified process in higher education.

The purpose of the article is to clarify the concept of “personal data” and identify a list of information that can be classified as personal, as well as to develop an algorithm to improve the legal protection of personal data in Ukraine and implementation of the European Court of Human Rights’(ECtHR) decisions into national legislation. The fundamental method of research of this issue is a comparative method. The article, based on the analysis of Ukrainian and European law and the ECtHR practice, presents a list of information that can be classified as personal, as well as proposed procedures for improving the legal mechanism of personal data protection in Ukraine and implementation of decisions ECtHR into national law. The list of data that can be classified as personal is not exhaustive, but will allow both lawyers and ordinary citizens to better navigate within the field of protection of personal rights and provide an opportunity to protect their rights in case of their violation. The legal grounds for the implementation and protection of personal data are identified. Further directions of the system of personal data protection improvement are outlined.

Метою дослідження є здійснення характеристики проблеми реалізації принципів, що гарантують гідну оплату праці. Виходячи з поставленої мети автором поставлено такі завдання: 1) визначити сутність катего- рії «оплата праці» у механізмі реалізації права особи на працю; 2) охарактеризувати призначення оплати праці як складової частини задоволення потреб людини; 3) встановити напрями підвищення ефективності реалізації прин- ципів оплати праці. Обґрунтованість і достовірність одержаних наукових результатів забезпечені використанням системи загальнофілософських, загальнонаукових та спеціально-наукових методів пізнання. Вирішальну роль у дослідженні відіграли загальнофілософські методи, серед яких провідне місце посідають діалектичний метод, системоутворюючий метод, метод прогнозування. Зроблено висновок, що на рівень оплати праці впливає сукуп- ність макроекономічних та мікроекономічних зовнішніх та внутрішніх чинників, де роль останніх відіграють рівень продуктивності праці, масштаби діяльності та рівень прибутковості підприємства, витрати на заробітну плату. Наголошено, що досягнення належного рівня ефективності норм трудового права, що визначають меха- нізм правового регулювання оплати праці, повинно базуватися на запровадженні системи державного управління нормуванням праці.
