Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a pandemic disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2 Anyone could have asymptomatic to severe symptoms. COVID-19 manifests in the lungs, so Radiological examinations, such as X-rays and CT-Scans are needed. The CT-Scan thorax is an examination to assess the progression, severity, and comorbidities based on the consensus of the Radiology Society of North America (RSNA). The purpose of this literature review is to discuss and provide information about the SARS-CoV-2 virus, pathogenesis and pathophysiology, clinical symptoms, and the results of the COVID-19 thorax CT scan. This research is a literature study, which is a type of research that collects, manages, uses, and reviews research data sourced from scientific research journals, previous research manuscripts, and textbooks. The results of the literature review are discussions used to strengthen the management of COVID-19 based on symptoms with a CT-Scan of the thorax.
The fire disaster preparedness training program aims to increase knowledge and abilities regarding fire alert systems, so that it is hoped that the right attitude will be in the effort to save oneself in the event of a disaster at the campus of Universitas Jenderal Achamd Yani (UNJANI). The methods used in this program are: lectures, practice/implementation, role playing, simulation, mentoring, focus group discussions (FGD) and evaluation with the support of digital technology in the context of making disaster mitigation learning materials. The solutions are: training on fire preparedness; provision of tools, facilities and infrastructure for danger signs and instructions for evacuation and rescue in the event of a fire disaster; providing educational media for campus residents about fire alertness; burn early management training.
Tumor ganas lambung merupakan tumor ganas keenam tersering di dunia, dan keempat terbanyak penyebab kematian akibat kanker. Menurut WHO (2018) di Indonesia terdapat 769.728 kasus baru tumor ganas lambung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pasien tumor ganas lambung di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif berdasarkan data sekunder yaitu data rekam medik. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh data rekam medik pasien tumor ganas lambung di RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung periode 2015-2019, dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi adalah 44 kasus. Jumlah kasus Bandung Periode 2015-2019 yang termasuk kriteria inklusi. Jumlah kasus tumor ganas lambung yang ditemukan di RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung periode 2015-2019, dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi adalah 44 kasus. Jumlah kasus tumor ganas lambung meningkat secara signifikan sejak usia 40 tahun dengan kelompok usia terbanyak yaitu 50-59, dan ≥ 60 tahun (31,8%). Tumor ganas lambung lebih banyak ditemukan pada laki-laki (70,5%). Gejala klinis yang paling sering ditemukan yaitu nyeri epigastrik (50%), dan faktor risiko terbanyak adalah gastritis kronis (47,7%). Karsinoma merupakan diagnosis histopatologi yang paling sering ditemukan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 54,5%. Jumlah kasus tumor ganas lambung mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan mulai dari usia 40 tahun dengan faktor risiko tersering adalah gastritis kronis sehingga disarankan kepada klinisi untuk melakukan pencegahan primer dengan cara penyuluhan dengan eradikasi H. pylori.
One of risk factors for the occurrence of hemorrhoids is a low fiber consumption habit. Hemorrhoids are widening and inflammation of the veins in the anal area that originate from the hemorrhoidal plexus. This study aims to determine the relationship between low fiber consumption and the incidence of hemorrhoids patients in the surgical department of Dustira Hospital Cimahi. This study is used an analytical design with cross sectional design. The data of this study were analyzed using the chi square test. The results of the study: there were 38 patients with hemorrhoids were taken with the total sampling method. Research shows that the number of hemorrhoids cases is found at the group age of 41 -50 years with percentage 31,6% and in women at percentage 68,4%. Hemorrhoid patients who consumed lower fiber as many as 28 people (73,7%). Hemorrhoid patients who consumed the low fiber at the group age of 41 -50 years at percentage 28,6%. Women consume low fiber at percentage 67,9%. Analytical test results showed a significant relationship between low fiber consumption and hemorrhoids incidence in patients in Surgery Department (p=0,016). Based on the results, there was an effect of fiber consumption with hemorrhoids events in patients at the Surgery Department of Dustira Cimahi Hospital.
