The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, implementation, and strategic evaluation of high school inclusive education in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. The research method is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the internal data through three activities, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the study show, 1) Strategic planning, namely first, an analysis of the readiness of school stakeholders as providers of inclusive education. Second, the establishment of an inclusive education resource center. Third, the readiness of facilities and infrastructure; 2) Strategic implementation, namely First, Determine the input of human resources (educators, education staff, & students). Second, implementing a modified curriculum; (3) the strategic evaluation of inclusive education includes its aspects, namely input, process, and output which is carried out regularly and continuously. In conclusion, in general, the strategic management of high school inclusive education in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province runs sustainably, as can be seen from the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation carried out. This study uses a literature study by reviewing several books and thoughts of the characters. The researcher discusses the evaluation of learning both in terms of epistemology, terminology, axiology, and ontology. Evaluation can be interpreted as an effort made to determine the level of success and weakness of a learning process, which includes all the components in it to achieve certain goals. Learning evaluation aims to improve and optimize learning activities which are later expected to improve student learning outcomes. In the implementation process, the evaluation must apply several principles, techniques and procedures that must be followed for the good results to be obtained. In addition, in the evaluation it is necessary to pay attention to several principles such as objectivity, continuity, and comprehensiveness or overall.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bersaing sekolah yang berbasis kurikulum internasional yaitu Indonesian Creative School yang berada di kota Pekanbaru. Dalam perkembangannya hal ini digunakan untuk memperoleh strategi dalam menghadapi persiangan bisnis pendidikan di kota Pekanbaru karena semakin banyak munculnya pesaingan yang memiliki program yag sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mennggunakan konsep analisis SWOT yang sebelumnya melalui perhitungan matriks IFE, Matriks EFE, dan Matriks IE. Menggunakan factor lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal seperti manajeman kebijakan, mutu pendidikan, sarana dan prasarana, sumber daya manusia, dan fasilitas sebagai acuan mendapatkan startegi bersaing yang teapat. Berdasarkan analisis pada tahap masukan, matriks IFE menghasilkan total skor sebesar 3,20 (posisi internal kuat), matriks EFE menghasilkan total skor sebesar 3,00 (posisi eksternal tinggi), matriks SWOT menghasilkan 7 alternatif strategi berdasarkan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman usaha dan matriks IE menghasilkan 3 alternatif strategi bersaing, yaitu strategi penetrasi pasar, strategi pengembangan pasar, dan strategi pengembangan produk.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Multimedia Pembelajaran PPKN Kelas VIII DI MTS JUET yang layak digunakan ditinjau dari segi isi, desain, dan media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII di MTS JUET, Desa Lepak Timur Lombok Timur, Ujicoba multimedia dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli desain, dan ahli media. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. hasil penilaian dari ahli isi terhadap multimedia interaktif diperoleh 95,80%, dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, sehingga secara umum tidak perlu direvisi. Hasil penilaian dari seorang ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 78 % dengan kategori “Baik”. Hasil penilaian dari ahli media sebesar 84,48% dengan kategori “ Baik”. Hasil ujicoba kelompok kecil diperoleh 92,8% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Ujicoba kelompok besar sebesar 94,49% dengan kategori “sangatbaik”. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan multimedia pembelajaran ini cocok digunakan dalam pembelajaran sehingga kayak untuk dipergunakan lebih lanjut lagi.
