The article is devoted to the practical effectiveness assessing the health personnel training in the medical colleges system of the Defense Ministry and the Health Ministry. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is D. Kirkpatrick’s model. The article analyzes the number of medical personnel dynamics of the Military Medical Hospital, who has undergone professional training during the last three years. At the first level of the analysis, the trainee’s survey results about training satisfaction are summarized, at the second stage, the results of acquired competency personnel testing are studied. At the third stage, managers were interviewed about changes in the labor behavior of subordinates after their training. Finally, at the fourth level of effectiveness evaluation, changes in performance were studied. The result of the study showed that education in the medical College of the Health Ministry is much more productive at all levels of effectiveness evaluation. The article also includes recommendations to improve the effectiveness of training nursing personnel.
The article presents the regional experience of creation and distribution of innovative educational resources for the organization of educational processes in educational organizations on the principles of inter-level networking. Over the past 10 years, the regional conditions of computerization of the educational environment in the Russian system of education have changed significantly: the number of computers, electronic boards, the quality of high-speed Internet increased. All this made it possible to use computer and mobile devices, electronic educational content in order to improve the quality and individualization of education even in remote rural areas. However these resources looked incomplete or less attractive than commercial educational platforms or social networks. The development of innovative infrastructure in the field of education and the emergence of regional innovative educational platforms in 2015 contributed to the identification and integration of modern, useful, successful practices of educational organizations in the development and implementation of electronic educational resources on the digital network platform. The study of this experience allows us to analyze the readiness of the regional education sector to solve the tasks set in the framework of the priority project "Modern digital educational environment in Russia" for the period up to 2024.
Currently, the economic development of countries is directly dependent on the full scale of digitalization processes. As a new trend in social development, digitalization has replaced informatization and computerization. On the scale of economic and social life of both a single country and the whole world, it leads to an increase in the efficiency of the economy and an improvement in the quality of life. Questions arise about the impact of digitalization on work, what competencies are needed by modern workforce, is staff ready to change. The article is devoted to the research of the readiness of labor resources for labor activity in the context of digitalization. The article is based on a research conducted by the authors to clarify trends in the research of the question of how much labor resources are ready to change competencies for work in the digital economy. The research methodology provided for conducting a pilot sociological survey by questioning labor resources aged 15 years and older. It was interviewed 278 people of the municipality of the city of Yekaterinburg. The results can be used in a further larger-scale and more detailed research of the competence of the workforce for digitalization processes, as well as in adjusting the employment policy to prevent structural unemployment with the full-scale introduction of digital technologies in all spheres of human life. The result of the survey was an understanding of the prospects for researching the readiness of labor resources for trans professionalism and employment in the digital economy. The conducted research gives grounds to assert that the readiness of labor resources for labor activity in the context of digitalization is gradually being formed and also depends on the success of the introduction of digital resources to transform the work of organizations.
Purpose of the study. Innovative platforms as an institute for the development of innovative activities in the education system are the technological basis for the formation of a regional innovation and educational network. The development and use of models of network interaction between educational organizations is an effective tool. The purpose is to describe the development of a regional model of inter-level network interaction of educational organizations and the results of its testing to disseminate the experience of creating innovative educational resources and the development of digital educational professional communities. The article discusses the main problems of development and improving the quality of education of all types and levels using digital technologies in Russian system of education. Materials and methods. The methods of analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign theory of the development of the educational system are used.
