This research aimed to find out sport/work out activities carried out by students during covid-19 pandemic. Sport activity is very necessary to increase endurance, in addition to exercise that is done regularly, the right intensity can improve fitness. The research method used a descriptive research approach by conducting a survey to 427 students from public and private universities. The data collection technique was conducted by using a questionnaire utilized the Google form application. Thus, the questionnaire could be filled out online. The results of the research showed that the most exercise conducted during the co-19 pandemic period was cardio exercise. Cardio exercise is categorized in aerobic activities. Sports activities are mostly carried out at home
Education is a sector that needs to go on to operate countinously as a means of student’s activity and development in covid-19 pandemic. Multimedia is the best solution for managing PE class not to stop despite the social distancing issue. The aduance of technology in digitalization era isn’t an obstacle to on going learning activities. Advance multimedia facility could surely be able to answer the problem arising in the society related to physical activity carried out as a form of learning. The efectiveness of multimedia learning can be seen from its trancendency to attract student’s attention and interest as it combines the views, sound, and movement. So that learning takes place attractively and easily remembered by the students.
Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tingkat aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) sebagai variabel predictor yang dilihat unutk gerak serta kondisi tubuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif non-eksperiment. Sample dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 245 siswa pondok pesantren tingkat SMA di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan September 2021. pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan google form. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu aktivitas fisik internasional (IPAQ) sederhana untuk mengetahui variabel aktifitas fisik sampel dan norma obesitas gizi nasional untuk variabel indeks massa tubuh (IMT). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktifitas fisik siswa dari pondok pesantren berkategori “rendah” dan untuk indeks massa tubuh siswa pondok pesantren berkategori “normal”. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa aktifitas fisik yang dilakukan pada siswa pondok pesatren di Kabupaten Bojonegoro masih terbilang kurang, perlu ada nya penelitian lanjutan untuk mengetahui penyebab sebenarnya dan menilai dari berbagai aspek selain variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini.
Kabaddi is a sport played by two teams who attack each other to catch and touch to get as many points as they can. This sport needs good physical and bio-motor components, such as agility and strength. This research aimed to analyze the average result of age, height and weight of Kabaddi athletes in the 2018 Asian games as one of the criteria for selecting athletes who would compete for the Asian level. Subject in this research was all men's kabaddi athletes from each country participating in Asian Games 2018 of 118 athletes. This research used ex post facto method. The variables of this research consisted of age, height and weight. Furthermore, the results of the data would be analyzed using descriptive analysis. For ages of men's kabaddi had an average of 25.92. Height had an average of 175.36. Weight had an average of 76.80. Based on the result of the research, it can be seen that weight factor is an important factor in determining the criteria for athletes in kabaddi sport besides age and height because weight has a maximum limit set in the rules of the match.
