The key reasons for the transformation of the domestic labor market and the grounds for changing approaches to the formation of staffing are identified. The development of technological solutions to automate the functions of attracting applicants and the primary diagnosis of their suitability to the requirements of the position and organization are presented. A comparative analysis of the possibilities provided by technological solutions for automated search and attracting candidates is given. The problem of search specialization and interaction with the target audience is highlighted. The description of the technological solution for work with the expanded market offer on the basis of point response to information on the offer of a new working place is offered. The article describes the content of the technology and presents a new algorithm for the domestic market search and work with the target audience. Intelligent search and evaluation of the suitability of the applicant in the new technological solution is based on the information trail left by the person in the network.
The authors analyzed trends in integration of education, science and business in an industrially developed area. New ways of interaction between universities, research organizations and businesses are proposed especially in the field of tourism industry. The dynamic change in global economic processes entails reform education in this area of study, which from a method of simple reproduction of labor was transformed into a source of growth for economically and socially active population groups capable of acting in a competitive environment. The need to train highly qualified personnel to quickly changing working conditions is a priority for states and organizations, focused on meeting their economic goals. In Kazakhstan, the requirements for university education are increasing. It due to both new conditions on the labor market and the increased role of “lifelong education". The number of people applying for university education is growing. Is growingcompetition between different universities, between universities and other research institutions, between private and public education. Representatives of the business community, in turn, make demands on how they would like to see graduates of Kazakh universities. Business success depends on the ability of employees of firms to quickly restructure their activities in the changing conditions. That is why domestic business is becoming interested in the reform education: it needs specific specialists definitely in tourism area, and it is ready to financially support their training.
This paper describes the concept of "green economy" and the stages of its formation. The foreign experience of reforming the economy on the principles of "green" growth is generalized and systematized and the possibilities of its use in the conditions of the Republic of Kazakhstan are determined. The assessment of the effectiveness of the development policy in Kazakhstan from the standpoint of compliance with the principles of "green" growth is given.
The purpose of this publication is to explain the applying of behavioral economics tools in the process of the technological upgrading of the Republic of Kazakhstan to be implemented. We need to: define the concept of behavioral economics; to reveal and describe in what way tools of behavioral economics may be applied, their nature and impact in the process of technological upgrading on the types of management; to understand and explain three principles of decision-making, the algorithm to make choice by people, profitable and unprofitable choices. Two main types of a feedback are provided and explained: reinforcing and balancing feedback. In this article, it is required to find out what solutions are necessary for a post-industrial economy, what is constituted by methodological tools, which are required to implement the accelerated technological upgrading, and the subjects of organizational support of technological change.
The purpose of assessing the dependence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on food imports, as well as developing priority areas for the development of the livestock industry in the context of import substitution.Research methods-the paper used methods of systematization of information from the analyzed literature sources, including: analysis, synthesis, structuring. The methods of expert assessments, questionnaires, Express surveys, and interviews were also used.The main method for forming the information base of the study was used by the official data of state institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Results of the study-the current state of food supply in the Republic of Kazakhstan is analyzed. It is revealed that the export of food products in the country is significantly inferior to imports. In the nomenclature of the country’s imports, a significant share is occupied by livestock products, which reduces the competitiveness of domestic products. In order to ensure the country’s food security, aspects of animal husbandry development are proposed to form the potential for import substitution of the economy of Kazakhstan.Conclusions: the productivity of domestic agriculture in general, and the development of the food and processing industry in particular – are important tasks of the state. The recommendations developed by the authors allow us to modify the economic mechanisms of state regulation of the agri-food market.
