RESUMEN Los dispositivos digitales móviles son instrumentos de elevada difusión en la sociedad y especialmente atractivos para los jóvenes. Este trabajo analiza algunas claves del fenómeno y responde a la cuestión sobre cómo podrían utilizar los docentes algunas estrategias para mejorar su actividad. La investigación sigue un planteamiento descriptivo sobre los nuevos rasgos didácticos en una muestra de 228 aplicaciones de M-learning. Los hallazgos muestran los factores que hacen a estos recursos especialmente populares y eficaces en la construcción del conocimiento. Por otra parte, se realizan propuestas metodológicas para su uso en los niveles de educación infantil y primaria. Se destacan los aspectos de atractivo, lúdicos, visuales, inmersivos, la adaptación a cada perfil de usuario y su componente emocional.

Menopause is a certainty in a female singer’s life; depletion of estrogens may lead to physical, mental, and vocal symptoms. To investigate the extent to which these symptoms affect singers, a systematic literature review was carried out using eight interdisciplinary bibliographic databases. Combinations of the following key words were used: menopause, climacterium, singing, singers, and choir. From 18 studies, including three doctoral dissertations and a master’s thesis, only 10 met the inclusion criteria. The heterogeneity of study designs and methods of data collection and analysis precluded the carrying out of a meta-analysis. Instead, descriptors of symptoms affecting the voice, and vocal characteristics associated with menopause ( menopause descriptors) were categorized, and their frequency of occurrence determined, according to six types of primary dataset: (1) self-reported symptoms, (2) acoustic characteristics, (3) observations of the larynx, (4) perceptual evaluations, (5) analysis of electrolaryngographic waveform characteristics, and (6) analysis of hormone concentrations. The descriptors that occurred most frequently in the literature concerned aspects of voice production, whereas those concerning vocal health, and vocal practice and performance, were less common. Of the three subsystems that comprise the vocal instrument, the vibrating vocal folds seem to be more affected than breathing and resonance. Changes in vocal range, timbre, endurance, and vocal fold mobility occur during menopause, affecting singers’ voice quality. Some singers reported that their ability to perform was compromised, mainly due to memory lapses and lack of confidence. Maintaining regular singing and practicing semi-occluded vocal tract exercises throughout the menopausal transition seem to help singers to overcome the negative impacts of menopause on vocal performance.

The fit of the use of diuretics with the defined quality criterion is acceptable, while in the cases of ACE inhibitors and calcium antagonists the quality of prescription could be improved, while the use of beta-blockers is minimal.

The aim of this chapter is to present the results of a review of specialist publications that address the attitudes of future teachers towards attention to diversity and social inclusion. The bibliometric search enabled the authors to analyze student teachers' interest in, and attitudes towards, inclusion as a way to improve the inclusion process. A descriptive study was carried out to explore and organize the scientific production in educational research on trainee teachers' attitudes to inclusion, and to know the covariance that has occurred in the last 10 years. The data were extracted from the Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, and Dialnet databases. The formula used in the bibliometric search process was (title, abstract, and key words): attitudes* OR beliefs* AND inclusive education AND teaching students, which yielded 68 registers for analysis. The results show that future teachers' attitudes towards inclusion were generally positive. The research suggests a relation between attitude towards inclusion and self-sufficiency on the basis of prior training in inclusive educational proposals.
