The project presented is based on the implementation of a web system with a mobile application for the management of work orders in the CC2México Advertising Agency. Which it will allow customers to register, learn about the services offered and set up a customized service (at no cost, for a limited time) and in which they can generate their ODTs by this means. Once the period is over, a company advisor will follow up with the client, offering various plans. It is considered an innovative project due to the incorporation of technology through five modules that streamline the entire management process, guaranteeing the coordination of the actors in the process and the optimization of their activities. For the development, the incremental agile methodology was used, coding with a JavaScript and Ionic framework for the development of hybrid applications. The added value in this project is the integration of a RestFull API software architecture that will allow this application to connect to the rest of the CC2 Mexico corporate ecosystem and to third parties in a secure manner to continue exchanging data.This application will have a positive impact on the company and will allow managers to make the best decisions through relevant consultations.
This article builds a prototype of an immersive virtual classroom implemented in the I.T.Oaxaca that serves as support to the learning process of the students of Computer Systems Engineering. Without discarding in the future, this advisory platform will be incorporated into other engineering services offered at the institution. The experimental proposal uses the metaverse of Second Life, simulating physical spaces in three dimensions and allowing users (avatars) to interact with each other in order to exchange information and experiences. Despite being in the beta phase of the implementation, interesting indicators and learning expectations have been obtained in the students by associating the knowledge mediated by the interaction between their avatars and the 3D scenography; which immerses the student in a new study adventure with high levels of interactivity, leading it in an informal way to a new learning style.
The Project proposes a solution to the academic problems that arise in the student departments and in the accountability of the directors of the school, for failing to achieve the recommended indicators of the percentage of school leavers or the decrease in the percentages of school degree that are presented by the low performance in students with levels of conditionality (Regular student, Irregular student and Deserter); through a computer solution that provides the academic follow-up of students of Computer Systems Engineering (ISC) of the Tecnológico Nacional de México (TecNM) campus Oaxaca and support in addressing the problem. This prototype integrade some processes that are carried out manually, resulting in cost and time savings, added to the fact that the student will also have quick and detailed access to their academic situation and suggestions in other areas such as tutorial support (scholarships, counseling, psychological support) if required. The solution proposed "Early Warning System (SAT) for students of the ISC of the TecNM Campus Oaxaca through a web apps is based theoretically on research on standard processes to low performance identification, the classification according to the academic status that the accreditation guidelines of subjects issued by the National Technological of Mexico and the academic follow-up of students. The methodology used for the analysis and design of the system was applied research, the collection of information through questionnaires and interviews. At the end of the research, a web app for the academic follow-up of students was obtained to support the School Services Department, Division of Professional Studies and Academic Development as the Institutional Coordinator of the Tutoring Program; in which SCRUM was used as an agile development methodology for software development. It is considered according to the initial evidence that the work carried out contributes to the line of research on educational technology management, since the proposal optimizes the management of resources and time.
The “Solution based on TIC's to orders process through sellers" is presented as a solution for a company that requires expedite the ordering process through sellers. This consists of a system of soliciting orders with a central server, which includes a mobile application that allows order entry and a web system which add orders from the mobile to the central system.The mobile application offers portability, speed and accuracy in products without relying on an internet connection because the application has a local database on the mobile device wich is synchronized with the central database when the seller decides or he/she has a stable connection, then seller can access information such as: items, prices and item's stock; available items, etc, thereby avoiding oversold items.The software development methodology used is XP (Extreme Programming), the server side web application is programmed in PHP, while client side in JavaScript, mobile application is coded using SDK, the native language of Android and, QR code is used in order to characterize customers.
