Market homogenization leads to fierce competition in the tea market. In recent years, with the rise of “green health” and the deep-rooted concept of “innovation”. Tea packaging design innovation has become a hot spot for research in the tea industry. The continuous upgrading of tea market demand has shown vigorous vitality and energy. The study aims to examine the research on the influence of Chinese tea packaging design on product purchasing decisions and analyze its importance and influencing factors. Further, strengthen the sustainable development of tea packaging design in Yanhu District, Shanxi Province, China. Theoretical analysis was conducted of tea cognitive attitudes, tea culture, tea packaging design, and purchase decision behavior. The final online questionnaire was distributed to 321 respondents in the Yanhu District. Empirical research results indicate that all three dimensions of tea packaging design factors positively influence, but the degree of influence varies. Tea products can be enhanced through packaging design to influence purchasing decisions. Ultimately, it can explore the packaging effect of tea products and add value to the connotation of tea products and meet the multi-level demand of consumers for tea products.
This study was to determine the competencies and service quality of government employees teaching part-time at the university. The study collected data on the assessment of the teachers about skills and students regarding the service quality of their teachers in a private non-sectarian university in Cebu City, Philippines. The part-time teachers in the university have extremely high competencies in methodology, motivation, material utilization, instructional process, teaching evaluation, and interaction process. As these college teachers gain experience both in school as teachers and as government employees, they are also enriching their ability and commitment to teaching and for the goal of quality education. The quality of their services is learned through their readings research and self-learning activities as part of their continuing education. The level of competencies among the part-time teachers in the university is not significantly associated with their service quality delivery.

The first objective is to comprehensively investigate and study the primary practices, existing problems, and reasons for establishing the Hainan Free Trade Port to attract high-level foreign talents and the establishment of a coordinated promotion mechanism of public services for labor employment. Its main measures include implementing a unified service concept, establishing a green channel service mechanism, refining service implementation measures, establishing a fixed-point contact service system for experts, and implementing a "service specialist" system; the main problems are that talent satisfaction. Which needs to be improved urgently and business work is promoted. More specifically, the business process needs to be optimized urgently. The information-based business means are comparatively weak, caused by insufficient strategic planning, various business levels, low business standardization, informatization, and integration. This research selects the teachers of H private university as the research object. Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory, this research investigates the relevant incentive effects from five aspects: salary and welfare guarantee, sense of belonging, training opportunity and promotion system, performance appraisal system, working environment, and personalized spiritual incentive. This study adopts the method of quantitative investigation. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The statistical data used in the data collection are descriptive analysis, F-test, one-way ANOVA, and correlation analysis. The research shows that the overall satisfaction of teachers' incentive mechanism in H private university is low, and the existing incentive mechanism can not meet the needs of teachers. The better the salary and welfare, the higher the sense of belonging, the fairer the training opportunities, the more attractive the promotion system, the more perfect the performance appraisal system, and the higher the teachers' job satisfaction.
