Introduction: Sago analog rice had known as an example of food with high resistant starch. Recent research shows that sago analog rice and red bean flour also had a low glycemic index (GI). However, Identification of hypolipidaemic mechanism based on the nutrigenomic analysis remains unknown. Aim: This study aims to determine the effects of hypolipidaemic in diabetic rats with analog rice treatment. Material and Methods: Thirty-five male Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups with different food treatment, such as standard dietary food (STD) group, and four groups of diabetic rats with standard dietary food (STDD), mentik wangi rice diet (MWRD), sago analog rice (SARD) and sago analog rice with 10% red bean flour (SARKBD). Lipid profile was observed every week for a month. Measurement of insulin and blood glucose was performed twice at the beginning and end of treatment. Atherogenic index (AI) was also investigated. Then, the pancreas was collected for histological analysis. Results: SARD group showed the highest effect of decreasing the total cholesterol (47.74%) which followed by SARKBD (34.62%). The triglyceride level in SARD group was also significantly decreased (31.14%), followed by SARKBD (19.32%). However, the HDL increase in SARD (48.66%), followed by SARKBD (36.00%). The LDL level in SARD and SARKBD group were significantly decreased, respectively 32.89% and 22.19%. SARD atherogenic index levels lower than SARKBD; 1.00 and 2.06. Conclusion: The improvement of insulin resistance by SARD and SARKBD were generated by role of resistant starch through the mechanism of bile acid binding, insulin sensitivity escalation and SCFA effect.
ABSTRAKRekayasa struktur honeycomb sandwich dalam pengembangan material banyak telah dimanfaatkan karena memiliki kekuatan struktur yang relatif tinggi dengan bobot material yang ringan. Material dengan rekayasa struktur honeycomb cocok digunakan pada mobil hemat energi, untuk meningkatkan efesiensi energi. Dalam penelitian ini dibuat panel honeycomb sandwich berbahan komposit serat kaca (fibreglass) dan matirks resin. Panel ini nantinya akan diterapkan pada rangka kendaraan hemat energi. Tiga panel honeycomb sandwich dibuat dengan variasi pada ketebalan dinding sel terutama ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketebalan dinding sel terhadap kekuatan dan kekakuan panel honeycomb sandwich. Variasi ketebalan dinding sel didapatkan dari variasi penerapan jumlah lapisan fiberglass pada dinding sel honeycomb, yaitu 2 lapis, 4 lapis dan 6 lapis fibreglass. Hasil pengujian bending menunjukkan bahwa panel honeycomb sandwich dengan ketebalan dinding sel terbesar, yaitu dengan 6 lapisan fibreglass, memberikan kekuatan lentur terbesar yaitu 3,774 kg/mm2, dan kekakuan tertinggi, yaitu 21,48 kg/mm.Kata kunci: honeycomb sandwich, komposit fibreglass, kekuatan lentur, kekakuan. ABSTRACTEngineering of honeycomb sandwich structure in the materials development has been highly utilized because of its high structural strength with lightweight material. Honeycomb structure material is suitable for use in energy-efficient cars, to increase energy efficiency. In this research, sandwich honeycomb panel were made from fibreglass composite with resin as matrices. This panel will be applied to the frame of energy-efficient vehicle. Three sandwich honeycomb panels were made with variations in cell wall thickness. These variations are primarily intended to determine the effect of cell wall thickness to the flexural strength and stiffness of the honeycomb sandwich panel. Variations in cell wall thickness were obtained from variations in the application of fibreglass layers on honeycomb cell walls, which are 2 layers, 4 layers and 6 layers of fibreglass. The bending test results show that the honeycomb sandwich panel with the largest cell wall thickness, which has 6 layers of fibreglass, provides the greatest flexural strength of 3.774 kg/mm2, and the highest stiffness of 21.48 kg/mm.Keywords: honeycomb sandwich,fibreglass composite , flexurall strength, stiffness.

Dalam meningkatkan strategi penjualan ada beberapa cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh Toko Berkah Swalayan salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan pola tata letak barang. Pengaturan tata letak barang dagangan di rak toko sangat mempengaruhi minat konsumen dalam berbelanja. Akan tetapi dalam pengaturan tata letak barang pada Toko Berkah Swalayan masih mengalami kendala yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan pihak Toko Berkah Swalayan dalam pengaturan tata letak barang.Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu Toko Berkah Swalayan dalam menentukan pengaturan tata letak barang agar dapat meningkatkan strategi penjualan yaitu dengan membangun sebuah sistem Penerapan Data Mining Pengaturan Pola Tata Letak Barang Pada Berkah Swalayan Untuk Strategi Penjualan Menggunakan Algoritma Apriori. dengan dibangunnya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak Berkah Swalayan dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi.Hasil dari penelitian adalah, Pertama dapat meningkatkan strategi penjualan Berkah Swalayan melalui data penjualan, Kedua sistem ini dapat membantu meningkatkan target penjualan pada Berkah Swalayan dan yang Ketiga sistem ini dapat membantu dalam menentukan tata letak barang dengan lebih baik
The rapid development of technology at the end of this decade, the industrial world is changing the human resources they have using the help of robot technology. The use of a robot was chosen because of the accuracy and precision that it can do in doing the job. In addition, robotic technology requires only one programming to do many things. Thus, there are many advantages for companies by using robotic technology in their production processes. This research aims to designing and building arm robot prototype to teach the robotics programming language. The result of this research is an arm robot prototype with Arduino Mega 2560 based programming. In addition, the robot movement programming uses the open source GrblGru software Grbl based. The GrblGru used for interpreting G-code and to convert pulse and direction information to control the stepper motor. This research concludes that there are 5 importance steps on develop the arm robot prototype, 1. Analyze; 2. Design; 3. Develop; 4. Evaluate; and 5. Implementation. With the GrblGru software the movements of arm robot prototype can work on simulation mode and control mode, there for students easier to study robotics programming language.
Compliment response to a speaker is not a simple task. It often makes speaker in a problematic position among receivers either avoiding disagreement or refraining from implying self-praise. The interesting is that people in every culture background getting involved in this dilema try to find out a way that is able to minimize the potential of making inconvenience by proposing several strategies. The strategies are mainly determined by the culture of the speaker. In Javanese culture, people believe that the good way in establishing relationship with others is being modesty. Javanese have special term for this act, namely andhap ashor. This article aims in explaining the choice of strategies by Javanese. This will reveal the way of Javanese think. The data were collected by the use of observation supported by recording and note-taking technique, and interview. The results shows there are three macro strategies, namely agrreement, nonagreement and request interpretation. These three, then, are broken down into several micro strategies. The choice is based on the obedience to the politeness principles in Javanese circumtances
