This study aimed at finding and analyzing the role of tourism villages in increasing local people's income. The problem faced is lack of synergy between the local community, local government, and other stakeholders. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive explorative approach. From the results of the study, it was found that tourism villages could open employment opportunities, elevate regional culture, and develop economic potential and welfare of the local community who prioritized populist economy based on local wisdom. From this study it can be concluded that the role of village tourism has a significant impact on local communities, especially can increase family income.
This study aims to find out and analyze factors to support the development of creative industries. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. From the results of research conducted to get creative results because it is supported by highly reliable and high-quality human resources. The constraints used in developing the creative industry are snacks that are used to increase production and also from the banking sector.
This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that influence customer value and their impact on customer loyalty. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches using explanatory surveys. The analysis technique uses SEM analysis. From the results of the study obtained data that the factor of consumer psychology moves from the point of not good to good while the customer value factors and customer loyalty moves from good enough to well. Verification results show both partially and simultaneously these factors have a positive and significant effect. Customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with the magnitude of its influence stronger when compared to consumer psychology and the marketing mix towards customer value. This proves empirically that customer value factors are intervening between consumer psychology and marketing mix with customer loyalty.
This study aims to determine the role of Indonesian HR in increasing MSMEs facing the 4.0 industrial revolution. The research method used is a qualitative method with an analytical and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the quality of human resources in the Dzul Collection bag industry was less supportive for developing the industry due to the low level of education and lack of innovation to produce quality products. To improve the quality of human resources, effective and efficient steps are needed through sharing knowledge and exchanging knowledge among fellow employees and training. Through these activities, it is expected that the development of this industrial business can be realized, especially in the face of free markets and global economic competition.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, pelatihan, dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sinjaraga Santika Sport. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara parsial pengaruh pengembangan karir pelatihan, dan reward memberikan kontribusi masing-masing sebesar 28,60%, 27,20%, dan 20,70% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh secara simultan pengembangan karir, pelatihan, dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,765 atau 76,50%, sedangkan 0,235 atau 23,50% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, maka variabel pengembangan karir pelatihan, dan reward apabila digabungkan akan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan karir karyawan sangat dominan bagi kemajuan organisasi bisnis di masa yang akan datang.Kata Kunci: kinerja; pengembangan karir; pelatihan; reward.Abstract: This research is to know the influence of career development, training, and reward on employee performance of PT. Sinjaraga Santika Sport. The method used is path analysis. Based on result of research, partially effect of career training development, and reward give contribution respectively 28,60%, 27,20%, and 20,70% to employee performance. The effect of simultaneously career development, training, and reward on employee performance is equal to 0,765 or 76,50%, while 0,235 or 23,50% influenced by other variable not examined in this research. From the results of research conducted, the career development variables training, and rewards when combined will have a significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the above research, it can be concluded that employee career development is very dominant for the progress of business organizations in the future.
