Kesadaran konsumen terkait keamanan pangan dan sanitasi pangan semakin meningkat pada masa ini. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari perhatian penyedia jasa pengolah makanan, seperti rumah makan dan jasa katering. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji produk olahan bahan makanan di UMKM Rumah Makan ABC menggunakan metode pengujian dengan menggunakan formulir penilaian Skor Keamanan Pangan (SKP) yang bersumber dari standar yang dibuat oleh Departemen Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang menunjukan hasil SKP sesuai dengan kriteria dan standar dari Departemen Kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pemilihan dan Penyimpanan Bahan Makanan (PPB) memiliki nilai rata-rata komponen sebesar 0,93 (rawan tetapi aman dikonsumsi) dengan nilai skor keamanan pangan 0,15 dari skor maksimal 0,16. Kemudian, Higiene Pemasak (HGP) memiliki nilai rata-rata komponen sebesar 0,91 (rawan tetapi aman dikonsumsi) dengan nilai skor keamanan pangan 0,14 dari skor maksimal 0,15. Selanjutnya, Pengolahan Bahan Makanan (PBM) memiliki nilai rata-rata komponen sebesar 0,95 (sedang) dengan nilai SKP 0,52 dari skor maksimal 0,55. Dan yang terakhir, yaitu Distribusi Makanan (DMP) yang memiliki nilai rata-rata komponen sebesar 0,94 (sedang) dengan nilai SKP 0,13 dari skor maksimal 0,14. Adapun hasil secara menyeluruh pada penelitian ini, yaitu menghasilkan nilai keseluruhan SKP, yaitu 0,94 (sedang) yang berarti pada UMKM Rumah Makan ABC ini masih memiliki kemungkinan dalam pelanggaran yang memiliki risiko tinggi/bahaya, tetapi sedikit temuan yang didapatkan mengenai hal-hal yang memiliki risiko kesehatan.
Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi telah memberi dampak negatif di sektor ketahanan pangan. Salah satu program pemerintah Nusa Tenggara Barat yaitu Program Lomba Kampung Sehat mampu meningkatkan ketahanan pangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang peran Program Lomba Kampung Sehat dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan masyarakat di Kelurahan Samapuin, Kecamatan Sumbawa Kabupaten Sumbawa. Di sini, dampak Program Lomba Kampung Sehat pada aspek ekonomi dan sosial juga dibahas. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara secara terstruktur kepada informan yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Program Lomba Kampung Sehat mampu meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dengan cara memberdayakan masyarakat yang juga dibina oleh Lurah, Bhabinkamtibmas, dan Babinsa (Tiga Pilar). Program Lomba Kampung Sehat juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap aspek ekonomi dan sosial masyarakat Kelurahan Samapuin.
Apis dorsata forest honey is one of the superior products from Lunyuk District, Sumbawa. Not a few Sumbawa people believe that forest honey products from this area have better quality than other areas in Sumbawa Regency. Unfortunately, so far, people in Lunyuk District still manage these products conventionally, including the packaging, which mostly still uses used mineral water bottles or other plastic bottles attached with labels that are easily damaged. This study aims to design forest honey product packaging in Lunyuk District which has a role to increase market opportunities for honey producers in the region. In addition, for consumers, packaging is very useful to get information related to the honey product. The method used in this research is to use a questionnaire that applies a preference scale to 150 respondents consisting of educators and lecturers at the Sumbawa University of Technology. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The results showed that the price of honey, the design and size of the forest honey packaging that had been prepared, as well as other supporting attributes of the packaging had a significant effect on buying interest in forest honey in Lunyuk District. In addition, the independent variable (X) can explain 42.5% of the dependent variance (Y) where the remaining 57.5% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.
Agrosilvopasture is one part of the agroforestry system that can be offered to overcome the problems of food availability, land ownership, and decreasing soil fertility. The agrosilvopasture system itself can be applied to various types of land, including dry land such as in Paradowane Village, Parado District, Bima Regency. In the village there is a forest farmer group that manages forest areas using the agrosilvopastura system, namely KTH Sorowua. This study analyzes the income and welfare of farmers by comparing the income of farmers before and after implementing the agrosilvopastura system in KTH Sorowua, Paradowane Village, Parado District, Bima Regency. The research data is then analyzed SWOT to get the right strategy to improve the welfare and income of farmers. The results of the SWOT analysis provide an overview of the application of the agrosilvopasture system in general, where the agrosilvopasture system can increase the income and welfare of KTH Sorowua, Paradowane Village, Parado District, Bima Regency, even though the agrosilvopasture system has not been implemented properly.

Changes in Village funds due to Covid-19 toohas complied with the regulations that overshadow it.
