Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Digital Marketing Pada Hotel Kila Di Kabupaten Lombok Barat Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen”. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Kila Sengiggi Beach, dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Konsumen yang dijadikan responden pada penelitian ini diambil secara acak dan telah menginap lebih dari tiga kali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat analisis digital marketing yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini ada 2 (dua ) variable yang diteliti yaitu aksesbilitas dan interaktivitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah AnalisisFishbein Attitudeanalisis ini digunakan untuk mengetahui digital marketing yang mana yang paling responden tertarik sehingga memiliki keinginan untuk menginap kembali di Hotel Kila Sengiggi Beach. Berdasarkan analisis kepuasan konsumen menunjukkan konsumen sudah merasa puas dengan layanan digital marketing yang diberikan Hotel Kila Sengiggi Beach. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil rata-rata sikap responden terhadap variabel digital marketing Hotel Kila Sengiggi Beach di atas angka 3,00. Dan dari ke-dua variabel digital marketing layanan variable aksesbilitasmemiliki angka tertinggi yaitu 3,46, sehingga hal itu yang membuat konsumen merasa puas dan berperilaku untuk menginap lagi di Hotel Kila Sengiggi Beach. Abstrak : Era revolusi industri 4.0 yang populer saat ini di masyarakat merupakan sejarah baru peradaban. Era ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya konektivitas, interaksi dan batas antara manusia, mesin dan sumber daya lainnya yang semakin cepat melalui teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.Dunia pendidikan Indonesia juga tidak luput dari perubahan ini, pemerintah mempersiapkan diri dengan merubah penerapan metode pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode pembelajaran di sekolah dapat merubah sifat dan pola pikir anak didik, mampu mengembangkan bakat anak, dan lembaga pendidikan harus mampu mengubah model belajar sesuai kebutuhan jaman.Tuntutan jaman bagi peserta didik di era yang sangat kompetitif ini adalah dibutuhkannya kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif dan inovatif, mampu dan terampil berkomunikasi, bekerja sama dan percaya diri.Perkembangan revolusi industri berdampak pula pada pengembangan karakter anak.Anak harus mampu menyaring informasi yang positif, kemudian diaktualisasikan dalam perilaku yang positif.Dalam kaitannya dengan pembentukan karakter dan perkembangan revolusi industri, upaya yang perlu dilakukan pemerintah dalam bidang pendidikanadalah perlunya orientasi kepada peningkatan kreatifitas salah satunya melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan.Nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat bersinergi dengan pengembangan karakter bangsa yang diharapkan di era revolusi industri saat ini. The aims of this research is to reveal accurate strategies and alternative decision-making that can be used as a reference in managing an independent curriculum for quality improvement, especially in the Department of management Mandalika Education University. From the research conducted using the descriptive study method, namely by conducting in-depth, intense, and directive observations and interviews, making it easier to find Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) in an effort to improve quality in the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum (MBKM). There is compatibility and causality between the implementation of MBKM and KKNI in the Study Program, namely the Implementation of Independent Learning of the Independent Campus (MBKM) itself based on the demands of the development of knowledge, competence, and skill development. Furthermore, orientation on the integrity of learning competency achievement, includes elements of attitudes/values, knowledge, general skills, and special skills. So that the strategy to improve the quality of learning is by carrying out a series of activities that can develop students' creativity and to do something skills, which must be carried out inside and outside the lecture class.
The purpose of this service activity is to increase the motivation of Community Business Groups and the competitiveness of products by providing business management training for Jupiter Jaya Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Mavilla Rengganis Village, West Lombok Regency. The methods of implementing this activity wereby lectures, discussions and mentoring. The lectures were consisted of delivering material on business management, namely packaging management, labeling management and business financial management. The participants in this activity were 10 members of Jupiter Jaya KUBE. For financial management, partners were given training in simple financial bookkeeping and given assistance in making business bookkeeping.The result of this service activityis that most of the participants can comprehend business financial management. It can be seen that more than 90% of participants are able to make financial bookkeeping. In addition, the partners also agreed to use pouch stand for fish crisp packaging. This is because the stand pouch is more practical in packaging, strong in design, very flexible in shape, economical in price, and more modern and attractive in appearance. For product brands, the partners also agreed to name the fish crisp brand as dua sekawan.
Jumlah Ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT) yang banyak bisa menjadi sumber daya manusia yang potensial dalam membangun perekonomian keluarga dan daerah. Tetapi sebagian besar IRT tidak memiliki keterampilan untuk berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu, tim melakukan upaya pemberdayaan IRT melalui kewirausahaan sabun piring cair. Tujuan kegiatan ini ada dua, yakni memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat sabun piring cair kepada IRT serta meningkatkan minat IRT untuk berwirausaha. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Gondang Kabupaten Lombok Utara dan diikuti oleh 24 orang IRT. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan. Metode PRA (Participatori Rural Appraisal) dengan tahapan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Tingkat keberhasilan kegiatan ini diukur berdasarkan respon IRT dan hasil penjualan produk. Selama satu bulan pemberdayaan IRT di Desa Gondang telah berhasil dilaksanakan. Para IRT telah mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat sabun cair piring. Selain itu, IRT semakin termotivasi untuk berwirausaha sabun piring cair. Antusias peserta terlihat dari awal sampai akhir kegiatan. Selain itu, penjualan sabun piring cair sudah terlihat dapat meningkatkan pendapatan IRT.Empowerment of Housewives Through Liquid Dish Soap Entrepreneurship. AbstractThe large number of housewives (IRT) can be a potential human resource in developing the family and regional economy. But most IRTs do not have the skills to entrepreneurship. Therefore, the team made efforts to empower IRT through liquid soap dish entrepreneurship. The purpose of this activity is twofold, namely providing knowledge and skills to make liquid dish soap to the IRT and increasing IRT's interest in entrepreneurship. This activity was carried out in Gondang Village, North Lombok Regency and attended by 24 IRT people. The method of implementation uses. PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) method with stages of counseling, training, and mentoring. The success rate of this activity is measured based on IRT responses and the results of product sales. For one month the empowerment of the IRT in Gondang Village was successfully carried out. The IRT has gained knowledge and skills in making liquid dish soap. In addition, IRTs are increasingly motivated to become entrepreneurs through liquid dish soap. Enthusiastic participants were seen from the beginning to the end of the activity. In addition, the sale of liquid dish soap has been seen to increase IRT revenue.
