Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dengan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Jambi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Variabel bebas yaitu motivasi belajar dan variabel terikat yaitu hasil IPA siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket motivasi belajar dan soal tes hasil belajar IPA materi Usaha dan Energi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji normalitas, dan uji korelasi dengan taraf signifikasin 5% dengan program SPSS. Hasil korelasi motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar adalah 0,356 dengan sig 0,00 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Jambi Selatan.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan karakter semangat kebangsaan siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif kuantitatif jenis korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dan soal yang dibagikan kepada siswa dengan sampel 35 orang yaitu siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Dengan populasi seluruh siswa SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS untuk melakukan uji asumsi ( normalitas dan linearitas) dan membuat hipotesis melalui uji korelasional. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi didapatkan nilai Pearson correlation 0,027 < 0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak atau terdapat hubungan antara karakter semangat kebangsaan dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. This type of research is a quantitative research using a correlational quantitative type associative method. This study purpose to find out the student learning outcomes of cognitive aspects by applying guided inquiry based LKS with the help of PhET Interactive Simulations better than the conventional LKS used by schools on the subject of static electricity and dynamic electricity. This research is a quantitative research with Quasy Experimental design and the design of non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study is the students of class IX SMPN 22 Kota Jambi consisting of 5 classes. The sample used in this research is class IX C and as experimental class and class IX D as control class. The experimental class is taught by using guided inquiry LKS and control classes taught with the school's conventional LKS. Research instruments are objective questions that have been tested. This study collected data using multiple choice questions that have been tested in IXA SMPN 16 Muaro Jambi class. The results showed that the average value of the experimental class is 32.62 and the control class is 31.18. obtained the results of research that the value of t is greater than the value ttable with a significance of 0.05. Based on research that has been done tcount equal to 1.71. while the ttable is 1.67. because tcount obtained 1.71 ≥ 1.67 then H0 rejected. This shows that there are differences in cognitive learning outcomes of students using instructional based LSM inquiry with the help of PhET Interactive Simulations and LKS conventional schools.
This study aims to analyze the needs of teachers and students on the development of learning media in the form of STEM-based student worksheets with scaffolding using the web. The development is carried out using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. Data obtained through interviews submitted to teachers. Teachers need an interesting learning media and can help students understand the material. While students need learning media that can help students towards understanding concepts. Upaya untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran dikelas adalah suatu kewajiban bai guru sebagai salah satu usaha untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional di Indonesia. Telah dilakukan peneltian dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) pada 32 orang siswa dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penigkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar fisika siswa dengan menggunakan media CD Program melalui pendekatan tutorial.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media CD Program melalui pendekatan tutorial pada mata pelajaran fisika kelas VIIIc SMP Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswaalam proses pembelajaran jika dilihat dari 3 siklus pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Siklus pertama diperoleh nilai rata-rata 5,08, pada siklus kedua diperoleh nilai rata-rata 6,25 dan pada siklus ketiga diperoleh nilai rata-rata 6,59 dengan peningkatan persentase keberhasilan masing-masing sebesar 31,3%, 53,13%, dan 78,12%.
