The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness for face-to-face learning at SMK Negeri 2 Toraja Utara. The analysis used in this study is a qualitative analysis using the subject matter approach. In order for maximum face-to-face learning readiness, school leaders must involve teachers, school committees and parents of students at the meeting to determine face-to-face learning procedures and send the results of determining face-to-face learning for parents who do not attend meetings so that learning procedures are clear so that learning readiness is maximized resulting in learning objectives can be achieved. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the readiness for face-to-face learning at SMK Negeri 2 Toraja Utara has not been maximized because at the meeting to determine the procedure for determining face-to-face learning, it was only attended by a few parents of students and there were also some teachers who were not present at the meeting. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of academic supervision of school supervisors on the performance teachers of Junior High School (SMP) at Tondon District, North Toraja Regency. The method used a quantitative method with an associative research approach to causal relationships. The results showed that there was an effect of academic supervision of school supervisors on the performance teachers of Junior High School (SMP at Tondon District, North Toraja Regency. It can be seen from the results of data analysis, where tcount> ttable, with t count of 6.250 and ttable of 2.014. The results of simple linear regression analysis of the regression equation are Ŷ = 1.063+0.685X, which shows the positive effect of the school supervisor's academic supervision variable on teacher performance variables. The coefficient of determination is 0.459, which means that 45.9% of the school supervisor's academic supervision variable affects the teacher performance variable. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between student learning outcomes in mathematics using the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) learning model and the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model. The research method is descriptive quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach, and a two-group posttest only control design. Samples were taken by means of convenience sampling. The data collection technique is a test instrument by looking at the learning outcomes. The results and findings, based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test, obtained that t count is greater than t table of 3.179> 1.995 with a significance level of 0.05. These findings are supported by the calculation of learning outcomes for experimental class I using the Student Team Achievement Divisions method with the average value is 70.01, this shows a higher value than the experimental class II which uses the Team Assisted Individualization method which averages 66.90. The conclusion is that there are differences in the learning outcomes of students who are taught using the Student Team Achievement Divisions model with students who are taught using the Team Assisted Individualization learning model. The Student Team Achievement Divisions learning model produces higher learning outcomes and is recommended to be used in teaching all mathematics materials at all levels
This research was carried to look at the quality of the 9-year primary education at the primary schools under the responsibility of PT Windu Nabatindo Lestari Bumitama Gunajaya Agro , a palm oil plantation in Central Kalimantan. The four standards measured are (1) competence of the graduates, (2) teachers and supporting staff, (3) facilities and infrastructures, and (4) costs. The company is responsible for increasing the standard quality of education within the plantation through its Corporate Social Reaponsibility (CSR) which targets education in the platation areas. This research uses qualitative method; data collection was done through observation, interviews, school documents, database, and note taking. The results shows that not all minimum indicators of the standards met the requirements, such as, there was no career tracks for teachers and supporting staff, budget was allocated more on operational coats. Facilities ad infrastructures were far from adequate for a quality education.
Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk analisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang terlambat menyelesaikan skripsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara daring karena terkait wabah COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Accidental sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan skripsi banyak didapati kendala di dalam faktor internal, yaitu faktor kontrol diri, efikasi diri, dan motivasi.
