Rata-rata akumulasi waktu penyediaan dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Surabaya berkisar 24,39 menit. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit bahwa waktu yang teapat untuk penyediaan dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan adalah <10menit. Hal tersebut bahwa terdapat kesenjangan atau masalah terkait keterlambatan waktu dalam proses penyediaan dokumen rekam medis. Keterlambatan dalam proses penyediaan dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan disebabkan oleh beberapa fakor diantaranya adalah faktor dalam unsur manajemen 5M yang meliputi man, machine, matherial, money, methode. Faktor man yang dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan penyediaan dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan yaitu pengetahuan petugas kurang terkait penyediaan rekam medis rawat jalan kerena masih ada petugas dengan kualifikasi pendidikan SMA, kedisiplinan petugas kurang dalam hal waktu peneydiaan dokumen rekam medis, dan kurangnya pelatihan yang perlu dilakukan oleh pihak RS guna menambah pengetahuan petugas. Faktor  machine yaitu kurangnya jumlah rak penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan, komputer sering terjadi lemot, dan kurangnya troly untuk distribusi rekam medis.Faktor method yaitu belum ada Standart Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terkait peneydiaan dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan dan belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terkait ketepatan waktu penyediaan dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan. Faktor matherial yaitu banyak dokumen rekam medis yang tidak masuk dalam rak penyimpanan. Faktor  money  yaitu anggaran dana disediakan oleh pihak pengadaan, tetapi sampai saat ini belum digunakan untuk pengadaan rak penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan.
Inpatient services at Baladhika Husada Hospital in Jember still have problem to provide satisfaction to patientssuch as nurses not responsive and less friendly, room cleanliness is not maintained, electricity is oftenextinguished and air conditioners are not lit, toilet cleanliness is not maintained, the room is cramped andtemperature over the standard, inpatient BPJS registration process are complicated and parking space can’taccommodate. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction of inpatient BPJSunits by the IPA method. Type of the research is quantitative research with descriptive techniques analysis.The IPA analysis method to measure the level of performance and importance based on quality, delivery,security, and morals by identifying the value of the gap and depicted in the Cartesian diagram. The level ofstatisfaction of inpatients based on the IPA method is known that the results of the analysis of the cartesiandiagra m illustrating four quadrans that top priority, maintained, low priority, and considered excessive. Theresults of the gap value based on quality, conductor, security, and morals are <1, but based on security thereis one attribute that has a gap >1. The main improvement efforts for brainstorming results are monitoring theperformance of cleaning services and conducting public speaking training for officers to improvecommunication
Background:The increasing consumption of cigarettes that continues to occur among the community has an impact on the higher rates of morbidity and mortality. Active smokers who have a tendency to quit smoking can be identified by measuring their intentions. The theory of planned behavior is a concept that influences the study of an individual's behavior. This study aims to estimate the magnitude of attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms, and perceptions of behavioral control with behavior to stop smoking. Subjects and Method:This study is a systematic review and meta-analysis with the acronym PICO, namely population: smokers. Intervention: positive attitude toward behavior, supportive subjective norm, strong perception of behavioral control. Comparison: attitude towards negative behavior, subjective norms do not support, perception of behavior control is weak. Outcome: smoking cessation behavior. Data collection was obtained from 4 databases, namely: Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct and ProQuest with the keywords used "attitude toward behavior" AND "subjective norm" AND "perceived behavior control" AND "quit smoking" OR "quit smoke" OR "smoking cessation". The inclusion criteria used were full English paper with cross sectional design in 2012-2022. The analysis of this study used RevMan 5.3 software. Results: A total of 7 articles originating from the Asian and American continents were included in this study. Based on the results of the analysis of smokers who had positive behavior (aOR = 2.77; 95% CI = 1.06 to 1.37; p <0.001), subjective norms were supportive (aOR = 1.08; 95% CI = 0.98 to 1.18; p <0.001), as well as perceived control behavioral (aOR = 1.19; 95% CI = 1.00 to 1.42; p < 0.001) were more likely to quit smoking compared to smokers who had negative behavior, unsupportive subjective norms, and weak perceptions of behavioral control. Conclusion: Positive behavior, supportive subjective norms, perception of strong behavioral control increase the likelihood of smoking cessation in active smokers.
Pendaftaran online merupakan salah satu metode pendaftaran dengan teknologi berbasis mobile phone yang dapat digunakan oleh pasien agar tidak perlu antri di rumah sakit terlalu lama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengguna aplikasi pendaftaran online rawat jalan (portal rsml) pengguna/pemakainya masih 38%. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya sosialisasi dan edukasi pendaftaran online rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Lamongan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan harapan pasien yang hendak berobat memahami tata cara pendaftaran online yang sesuai sehingga pengggunaan aplikasi pendaftaran online (portal rsml) lebih meningkat. Implementasi pendaftaran online di RSML pasien mendapatkan informasi pendaftaran online paling banyak dari orang lain dengan presentase 32,2 %, pendaftaran online yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasien adalah Portal Rsml dengan hasil sebanyak 38,6 %, Lama waktu tunggu pendaftaran yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan pendaftaran secara langsung dengan hasil >20 menit sebanyak 56,2%, Sebanyak 83,9% pasien adalah pengguna handphone atau android di rumah atau di tempat kerja.
Background:The level of BOR that fluctuates from year and the results survey of inpatient satisfaction that has not reached the standard, predict there is a relevance between the level of patient satisfaction with the quality of inpatient services that can affect the interest in repeat visits at the hospital. The purpose of this research is to find outthe influence of the quality of inpatient services on the interest in repeat visits of inpatients at the hospital. Subjects and Method: The design of this research is observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all inpatients at Hospital x, with samples taken as many as 89 respondents in May-June 2020.The sampling technique usednamely purposive sampling. The analysis prerequisite test is a simple logistic regression test.Results: There is an effect of the quality of inpatient services on the interest in repeat visits of inpatients at the hospital with a value (OR = 6.89; 95% CI: 2.62 to 18.14; sig: <0.001). Conclusion:Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to improve the quality of inpatient services in order to meet patient expectations so that patients continue to choose inpatient services at the hospital.
