This study aimed to analyse the factual models of national character values, establish a hypothetical model, test the feasibility and describe the determinants of character development and multicultural education based on local wisdom. This research was conducted with a research and development approach. The subjects of this research consisted of students, principals and teachers, while additional information came from various documents and events. The data were collected in numerous ways, namely by observation, interview, documentation, focus group discussion and intake from practitioners and experts, as well as questionnaires. The data analysis was held interactively as the compiled data were assorted. The results of the study showed that the factual models of the national character values development was carried out by integrating the characters in the subjects based on the learning implementation plan, the implementation of which is reflected in the functions of planning, implementation and evaluation. The feasibility of the national character development model and multicultural education based on local wisdom needs to be handled in a neat manner by planning, organising, implementing and supervising them properly. The determinant of character development needs to be assessed by focusing on the content, direction, goals, functions and principles of multicultural education, as well as on the functions and benefits of local wisdom through the input–process–output system approach. This article discusses the successful development of Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) by the Pujonkidul Village Government, Malang Regency. This study is essential because the village is a local institution used as the front line in improving the standard of living and welfare of the community. But at the same time, many villages fail to develop their village potential. By comprehensively understanding the efforts of Pujonkidul Village in developing village potential through BUMDes, this study uses an institutional capacity-building framework with three main dimensions: human resources, organization, and institutional reform. Through the qualitative-case study method, this research shows that the development of BUMDes by the Pujonkidul Village Government begins with developing business units. The growth of BUMDes is noted to involve several elements and stakeholders, such as local communities, local governments, private parties, and the mass media. The four of them were successfully integrated and collaborated in encouraging the development of their business units.
The participation of community groups in being involved in justifying damaged roads can be obtained through strengthening social capital. The purpose of this study is to determine whether in this activity there is a dimension of social capital. This study uses qualitative research, using the method of discussion used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study stated that based on the dimensions: trust, norm value, and network. Dimensions of Trust in this community service activity, a sense of trust grows from an attitude of tolerance. The dimensions of the existing social norms are the existence of mutual respect and humanization of each other. As well as the network dimension, there are specialist networks among community groups.
The Anti-corruption education is a solution to shape the character of students. The efforts made by the school are to implement anti-corruption education to students with the aim that the younger generation or students understand and are accustomed to behaving in an anti-corruption manner. One of the school that has implemented anti-corruption education in Texmaco Vocational High School Pemalang. This study aimed to (1) describe the implementation of anticorruption education, (2) describe the factors that support and obstruct of the implementation of anti-corruption education. This study used a qualitative method. The research was conducted in Texmaco Vocational High School Pemalang. The result of the study showed that (1) the implementation of anticorruption education was carried out by the teacher through put the values in every learning activity, the method given by anti-corruption education material through lecturing, discussion and presentation. Teacher as a class manager and facilitator in teaching process used the method of applying anti corruption by giving advice, warning and also punishment in point and reduce the students' grades for the students who did not implemented anti-corruption character. This activity was done to grown up honesty, dicipline, care and also took the responsibility for students (2) the factors that support in implementing anti-corruption education namely:the commitment of princpal and teachers, the good facilities and infrastructure for violator and also the clear sanction. The obstruction factors include School locations near expenditure centers, and Lack of reading books on Anti-Corruption Education in libraries.
Kaderisasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam sebuah organisasi, terutama organisasi pengaderan seperti PMII, dengan adanya kaderisasi menandakan adanya kelanjutan dari sebuah organisasi. Kaderisasi yang merupakan proses kegiatan penyiapan, membina, serta mengasuh sumber daya manusia secara terdidik dan berkesinambungan, harapannya mampu menghasilkan kader yang dapat memimpin dengan baik untuk mengganti pemimpin yang lama serta membangun peran dan fungsi organisasi lebih baik. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana kaderisasi PMII Cabang Kota Semarang dilaksanakan? (2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan kepemimpinan dalam kaderisasi PMII ?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa kaderisasi organisasi PMII berperan dalam meningkatkan kapasitas kepemimpinan anggota melalui program kaderisasi formal, nonformal, dan informal. Tahapan kaderisasi PMII terdiri dari tahap rekrutmen, pendidikan atau pelatihan, dan pengabdian. Dalam tahap pendidikan atau pelatihan khususnya bentuk kaderisasi formal mengenal jenjang kaderisasi. Diawali dengan MAPABA yang dilaksanakan di tingkat Rayon atau Fakultas, kemudian PKD yang dilaksanakan di tingkat Komisariat atau Universitas, dan PKL yang dilaksanakan langsung oleh Pengurus Cabang PMII Kota Semarang. Adapun metode yang sering digunakan oleh PMII Cabang Kota Semarang dalam melaksanakan kaderisasinya adalah diskusi dan juga distribusi kader. Regeneration is important in organizations, especially cadre organizations such as PMII, with the presence of cadre signification of the existence of an organization. The regeneration which is the process of preparing, developing and caring for educated and sustainable human resources, hopes to be able to produce cadres who can lead well to replace the old leaders and develop the role and function of the organization better.The purpose of this research is to find out:(1) How is the regeneration of PMII in the branch of Semarang City carried out? (2) How is the implementation of leadership training activities in PMII regeneration?. The research method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results obtained indicate that PMII organizational regeneration plays a role in improving student leadership capacity through formal, non-formal and informal regeneration programs. The stages of PMII regeneration consist of the stages of recruitment, education or training, and service. In the education or training stage, especially in the form of formal regeneration, recognize the level of regeneration. It starts with MAPABA which is carried out at the Rayon or Faculty level, then PKD is carried out at the Commissariat or University level, and PKL is carried out directly by the PMII Semarang Branch Management. The method that is often used by PMII Semarang City Branch in carrying out its regeneration is discussion and also the distribution of cadres.
