Salah satu elemen dari sistem transportasi yang memegang peranan penting bagi kemajuan suatu daerah baik di kota maupun di desa adalah angkutan umum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat dan mengevaluasi kinerja dari angkutan umum yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Agam. Adapun langkah atau metode survei yang dilakukan adalah survei statis di ruas jalan, untuk mengetahui kuantitas dan kualitas pelayanan angkutan umum selama beroperasi pada masing masing trayek yang disurvei. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan untuk melihat hasil dari kinerja pelayanan angkutan umum di wilayah Kabupaten Agam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan frekuensi kendaraan tertinggi diperoleh sebesar 20 kend/jam dengan hasil tidak memenuhi standar, headway tertinggi diperoleh sebesar 38,17 menit dengan hasil tidak memenuhi standar dan faktor muat (Load Factor) kendaraan diperoleh sebesar 71 % dengan hasilnya memenuhi standar.
The number of motorized vehicles in the city of Padang increased 6.8% every year in the last 4 years. This increase has a direct impact on fuel consumption and exhaust emissions released. The purpose of this research is to calculate the exhaust emissions of motor vehicles and develop strategies to reduce exhaust emissions. The approach used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The data used in the form of secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Department of Transportation of the City of Padang. The strategy is based on the Climate Change Sectoral Roadmap (ICCSR) with 3 (three) main strategies namely Avoid, Shift, Improve. The results showed the emission emission of motor vehicles 3,450.49 Ton CO2 Eq. To reduce exhaust emissions, the strategies that must be carried out include the Development of Satellite Cities, Transportation Development, Mass / Trans Padang, and Rejuvenation of Public Transportation. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang didapatkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Padang. Strategi disusun berdasarkan Climate Change Sectoral Roadmap (ICCSR) dengan 3 (tiga) strategi utama yakni Avoid (hindari), Shift (alihkan), Improve (tingkatkan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan emisi gas buang kendaraan bermotor 3,450.49 Ton CO2 Eq. Untuk menurunkan emisi gas buang, maka strategi yang harus dilakukan antara lain membangun kota-kota satelit yang dilengkapi pelayanan dasar dan tempat-tempat komersil (pengembangan kota Satelit), perpindahan dari angkutan pribadi ke angkutan massal (Trans Padang), dan peremajaan angkutan umum melalui mekanisme subsidi umum. Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) saat ini sedang melakukan pengembangan kawasan berupa pembangunan gedung Fakultas Teknik. Hal ini tentu akan mempengaruhi traffic di kawasan kajian, karena akses utama kampuis ini berada di ruas jalan nasional Prof. Dr. Hamka, Kelurahan Air Tawar, Kecamatan Padang Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak lalulintas akibat pengembangan kawasan tersebut dan memberikan rekomendasi teknis untuk diterapkan saat masa konstruksi. Metode analisis yang dilakukan meliputi analisis bangkitan perjalanan, analisis kinerja ruas jalan, dan analisis penanganan dampak lalulintas pada masa konstruksi dan pasca konstruksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi potensi penurunan kinerja ruas jalan pada masa konstruksi dibandingkan sebelum masa konstruksi dengan potensi konflik di dua pintu gerbang. Kinerja ruas jalan Prof. Hamka sebelum konstruksi sebesar 0,75-0,84, ruas jalan Belibis sebesar 0,16 dan ruas jalan Cenderawasih sebesar 0,42. Untuk kinerja ruas jalan Prof. Hamka masa konstruksi sebesar 0,77-0,85, ruas jalan Belibis sebesar 0,16 dan ruas jalan Cenderawasih sebesar 0,43. Sedangkan kinerja ruas jalan Prof. Hamka pasca konstruksi sebesar 0,80-0,90, ruas jalan Belibis sebesar 0,17 dan ruas jalan Cenderawasih sebesar 0,45. Potensi konflik lalulintas akan terjadi di pintu gerbang 1, pintu gerbang 2, U-Turn Utara, dan U-Turn Selatan, sedangkan pada ruas jalan Belibis dan Cendrawasih diperkirakan tidak terjadi potensi titik konflik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis direkomendasikan penanganan dampak lalulintas selama masa konstruksi, di antaranya dengan menyediakan fasilitas parkir pekerja dan kendaraan konstruksi, mengatur rute pengangkutan dan penumpukan bahan material, mengatur kelancaran sirkulasi arus lalulintas konstruksi, mengaturan jadwal pengangkutan material, mengatur tata cara pengangkutan material, membersihkan ban kendaraan pengangkut material dari kotoran yang melekat, mengatur tata cara pengangkutan alat berat, menutup lokasi konstruksi, menyediakan perlengkapan dan fasilitas keamanan, memasang rambu-rambu, marka dan fasilitas perlengkapan sementara, serta menyelenggarakan manajemen dan keselamatan lalulintas. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi pihak yang berkepentingan.
In recent years, the government has been aggressively inviting the public to use public transportation for all regional residents in Indonesia. Mattson et al. (2021) stated that transportation and accessibility in the village are more comprehensive and have more complex transportation issues. Therefore, this study was conducted to measure rural transportation services to improve public transportation performance in the Pringsewu Regency. This study uses a mixed-method and combines quantitative and qualitative data at one time (Creswell, 2014). The data is analyzed quantitatively and then explained based on existing conditions and provisional assumptions. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through field surveys on four rural transportation routes in Pringsewu Regency to obtain data on load factors, vehicle speed, waiting time, travel time, frequency/hour, and the number of vehicles operating from each route. Furthermore, the data is evaluated and given an assessment based on the suitability of indicators based on the assessment standard from the Directorate General of Land Transportation, Ministry of Transportation. Secondary data was obtained from Statistics Indonesia publications, official documents, and government websites. The analysis results showed that rural transportation services in the Pringsewu regency were below the ideal standard (70%), with an average loading factor of 40—50%, which is included in the bad category. This is estimated to be influenced by several factors, namely the low level of load factor and headway. The recommendation put forward is the need for efforts to add headways and increase the speed of travel time and reduce the frequency of trips to improve transportation performance.
Local culture has remained a valuable commodity and activity for attracting tourists up to the present day. Tourism development is also aided by the creative sector, which is a component of the creative economy, which is intended to become a new engine for the national economy. Culinary art is exceptional in the creative industry sector since it has a significant multiplier effect on the industry's growth. This study employs a qualitative methodology in conjunction with a phenomenological research plan. Primary data were gathered through in-depth interviews with tourism industry participants and competent tourism officials. Culinary goods in Palembang are classified into two categories: traditional culinary and modified culinary. There are 50 classic culinary locations and 45 modified culinary locations, each with a unique distribution map. While the traditional culinary district is concentrated around the Musi River, the modified culinary district is scattered more equally throughout the urban region. Of course, the ingenuity of this program provides an alternate solution to the city of Palembang's economic challenges. Palembang's Malay community controls the pempek industry. There are between 50 and 60 culinary service companies in Area 26 Ilir. The site is advantageous because it is close to the city core and the hub of Musi River tourist activities. The existence of pempek as a creative product is strategically important because it is psychologically and economically capable of multiplying the culinary market circulation in Palembang. The multiplier effect can be seen from visiting interest and tourist spending, investment, government financing in the culinary industry which has an economic impact in the form of increased output, added value, increased income, and the creation of manpower as well as an increase in regional original income (PAD) in South Sumatra.
