This research looks at the success of managing student businesses based on personal characteristics, government assistance, and entrepreneurship curriculum. The study was conducted in South Sulawesi Province, Makassar City, using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through observation and in-depth interview techniques to students of business actors in the research area, while secondary information collected from various published sources. The analytical method used is a descriptive-analytic approach. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the success of student businesses is supported by personal characteristics, government assistance, and entrepreneurial curriculum learning. (2) The strategic role of students in developing a transaction includes: (a) formulate strategies for developing micro and small enterprises through (i) soft skills-based entrepreneurship and business management and (ii) conducting intensive, systematic and integrated education and training on business management and entrepreneurship based on science and technology. (b)Providing easy access for students of business actors whose business plan is deemed feasible by the assessment team.
This research discusses the importance of Islamic education in social interactions in order to realize the civil society in Soppeng Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research approach uses theological normative, social, and pedagogical approaches. The informants from this research were the community of the Soppeng Regency, by prioritizing community figures, religious figures, and educational figures. The results of the research found that the relation of social interaction of the people in Soppeng Regency was divided into two, namely: 1) contractual relations in urban communities whose lifestyles began to be influenced by modern lifestyle patterns, and 2) emotional relations based on cultural in rural communities who maintained cultural and traditional lifestyle patterns. The roles of Islamic community figures in the social interaction of the people in Soppeng Regency are founder and manager of Islamic education institutions; as a government partner; providing information on Islamic teaching; give decisions and solutions to community problems. The position of Islamic education in social interaction is very important in order to realize the civil society in Soppeng Regency. This can be seen in the growth of community tolerance, democratic governance that makes events and ceremonies of traditional and religious a work program, even raising the awareness of citizens to resolve their conflicts peacefully on the principle of deliberation based on Islamic teachings fairly without looking at one's social background or stratification.
Selai merupakan produk makanan semi basah yang berbentuk setengah padat dan dibuat dari campuran gula, buah, dan pektin. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi gula yang tepat pada pembuatan selai kelapa muda dan tingkat penerimaan panelis terhadap selai kelapa muda dengan penambahan konsentrasi gula. Percobaan meliputi 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah penambahan gula yaitu 300 g, 330 g, 360 g, 390 g. Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar air, kadar protein, kadar gula, dan uji organoleptik terhadap rasa, aroma, tekstur, dan warna selai kelapa muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan gula memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar air, kadar protein, dan kadar gula selai kelapa muda. Penambahan gula 300 g menghasilkan selai kelapa muda dengan rasa manis yang cukup. Rasa khas dari buah kelapa muda masih terasa dan aroma tidak hilang serta tekstur yang lembut. Sedangkan warna selai kelapa muda panelis lebih menyukai penambahan gula 390 g dikarenakan warna yang kecoklatan sehingga menarik perhatian panelis. Untuk segi rasa, tekstur, dan aroma panelis lebih menyukai selai dengan penambahan gula 300 g, sedangkan dari segi warna panelis lebih menyukai selai dengan penambahan gula 390 g.
