Mother and Child Hospital "Fatimah" Lamongan measured the performance of nurses through the leadership in the hospital and through the compensation variables they get while working. This performance measurement used questions on leadership variables and compensation variable questions having been tested for validity and reliability then tested and got the results of Multiple Linear Regression Equations Y = 12,208 + 0.049X1 + 0.155X2 + e, the value of t-test X1 of 1.29 with a significant level of 0,200 or greater than 0.05; the value of t-test X2 of 1.655 with a significant level of 0.102 or greater than 0.05, while for the goodness of fit test, based on the results of the analysis of R2 obtained 0.086 or 8.6%. This shows the contribution of the influence of variables X1 and X2 to Y of 8.6%, the remaining 91.4% was influenced by other factors outside this study.
Many teachers fail to create a creative learning activity based on the children’s characteristics. In fact, many of today’s elementary schools are equipped with modern technology facilities that can encourage the children’s motivation in vocabulary learning. Unfortunately, the facilities are still used monotonously in learning activity. This invariable learning activity may cause boredom for young learners. One of the ways to solve the problem is by developing a suitable teaching aid to increase vocabulary learning quality for young learners; it is the electronic Snakes and Ladders game. Therefore, this study aims to develop the conventional format of Snakes and Ladders game into electronic format for the teaching of English vocabulary to the second graders and to investigate the students’ responses toward the game developed. The results in revision I and revision II shows that there are some revisions made dealing with the features and content during the development of the game. While the content is revised by adding more questions amount and variation. Overall the material used and the features exposed in electronic Snakes and Ladders game are appropriate with the second graders characteristics and learning objective. Furthermore, the students show positive response toward the electronic Snakes and Ladders game.
The interest of entrepreneurship is influenced by several factors such asentrepreneurial knowledge and family environment. The result of preliminary observation inSMKN 1 DlangguComal showed that the entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh graderstudents in the academic year of 2016/2017 was still considered poor. On the other hand, theirentrepreneurial knowledge was pretty high as well as their family environment which wasconsidered good. The objectives of this study were 1) to find out whether or not there is aninfluence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh graderstudents of SMKN 1 DlangguComal in the academic year of 2016/2017, 2) to find out theinfluence of family environment on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh grader students ofSMKN 1 DlangguComal in the academic year of 2016/2017, 3) to find out the influence ofbothentrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on entrepreneurship interest of theeleventh grader students of SMKN 1 DlangguComal in the academic year of 2016/2017.The population of this study was the eleventh grader students of SMKN 1 DlangguComalin the academic year of 2016/2017 as many as 316 students. The number of sample was 76students decided by using Slovin calculation formula and chosen using proportional randomsampling technique. The methods of collecting the data were test, questionnaire, anddocumentation. While the methods of analyzing the data were using percentage descriptivetechnique and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study based on theregression analysis it was found that Y = -6,787 + 0,493 X1 + 0,170 X2. The result ofhypothesis testing in partial showed that the variable of entrepreneurial knowledge positivelyinfluenced the entrepreneurship interest by 32,60% and family environment positivelyinfluenced by 18,40%. While simultaneously, the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge andfamily environment on entrepreneurship interest was 52,70% and the rest 47,30% wasexplained by other factors beyond the model of this study.
In 21st century, a huge change happens in which students prefer to learn by using digital technology. Some interesting digital technology devices are expected to apply by the teachers in the process of teaching and learning. One of the technologies that can be used in teaching activities is digital storytelling. The teachers can combine both personal narratives and the use of technology in their English classes. Thus, this study was conducted to describe the implementation of digital storytelling, the students’ responses to the use of digital, and the students’ digital storytelling works after implementing the media in the teaching and learning process. The design of this research was a descriptive qualitative. The researcher used Field notes, students’ digital storytelling, and interview as instruments of collecting data. The researcher used data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusion to analyze the data. From Some findings of this study, the media can be considered as very attractive. They are eager to speak English during the process of video production. The media has significant role to decrease the students’ anxiety in speaking. It has empowered them to make the digital storytelling video either inside or outside the classroom. At last, the students’ ability is varied. The speaking criteria from O’Malley and Pierce’s scoring rubric is not reached by all students.

Program pendidikan dan pelatihan yang mana diikuti perlu direncanakan dengan baik, agar pada gilirannya mereka mempunyai kesempatan untuk dipromosikan dipindahkan dari suatu jabatan ke jabataan lain yang mempunyai status dan tanggung jawab yang lebih tinggi.
