East Java Provincial Government and Mojokerto Regency Government have a policy innovation in the form of Majapahit House development. This development is carried out to utilize the great history of Majapahit located in the Trowualan District especially in Bejijong Village. One of the expected impacts with the construction of the Majapahit House in Bejijong village, in particular, is for an increase in the MSMEs sector. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The theory used in this research is Public Policy Theory by using the Policy Implementation Model from George C. Edward III. From the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the policy can have a positive impact, the utilization of Majapahit House building to open a business, increased visits to Bejijong village and increasing demand for souvenirs typical of Majapahit. However, this policy is not supported by a planned human resource improvement program. This is due to the transfer of authority from two related agencies which resulted in the re-identification of data by the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Mojokerto regency and the implementation program can't be implemented by Disparpora Mojokerto regency. Therefore, it is expected that in the future to be completed the process of data identification to obtain accurate data to find out the programs needed by the people of Bejijong Village. And do coordination between related agencies to create a systematic program.
Pertukaran mahasiswa merupakan suatu program yang menyediakan peluang bagi para mahasiswa untuk merasakan pengalaman belajar di universitas lain baik di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri, menerima berbagai ilmu yang berbeda dan lebih maju serta menjadi sarana ntuk bertukar budaya. Pada program pertukaran mahasiswa ini diadakan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo program studi Administrasi Publik Fakultas Hukum, Bisnis dan Ilmu Sosial. Dalam proses pelaksanaan program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Mandiri di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo melakukan kegiatan seperti pembelajaran formal, mengadakan Kuliah Tamu dengan narasumber profesional yang dapat memberikan wawasan yang luas kepada mahasiswa, kegiatan penelitian terkait dengan penugasan mata kuliah yang bersangkutan seperti melakukan wawancara dengan perangkat desa mengenai kependudukan desa dan melakukan observasi dan wawancara dengan instansi pemerintah terkait penggunaan aplikasi digital oleh pemerintah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang disajikan berupa data dengan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan pengamatan langsung, wawancara dan studi dokumen serta adapun analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode SWOT untuk mengetahui kualitas MBKM di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo.
Population administration is a series of activities related to population data. Every citizen is obliged to have population data and to report all important events that occur. The Kalimasada (Adminduk Conscious Community Environmental Area) programs is one of the programs initiated by the Surabaya City Government to address the problem of orderly administration of population administration in Surabaya. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with the observation method carried out to be able to identify obstacles to optimizing the Kalimasada program in Kebonsari Village. Based on the results of the discussion, it was found that there were several inhibiting factors that caused the community to be disorderly adminduk. Based on these problems, efforts were made in the form of the “Jebol Anduk” service or the adminduk ball pickup service by going directly to residencts homes. The implementation of this efforts is expected to provide a solution to the problem of orderly administration of population in the Kebonsari Village
The zoning system is part of school reform in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. One of the government's efforts in examining education is issuing new policies for the acceptance of new students through Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 44 of 2019 concerning Acceptance of New Students in Kindergartens, Primary Schools, Junior High Schools, High Schools, Vocational High Schools. The purpose of this study is to describe the Implementation of New Student Admission Zoning Policy as an Effort to Check the Quality of Education at the State Primary Schools and Junior High School Level in Kapas Madya Baru, Tambak Sari District Surabaya City. The author uses qualitative considerations with the literature study method. The focus of the study uses 6 variables according to Van Meter and Van Horn in Subarsono (2013: 99), namely the size and objectives of the policy, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, propensity/tendencies of implementers, communication between organizations and activities, and economic environment, social and political .Technical data uses technical data. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of New Student Admission Zoning Policy as an Effort to Study Quality in Education (Study of Primary Schools and Junior High Schools Level in Kapas Madya Baru, Tambak Sari District Surabaya City) has held policies that are in line with the expected policies. Although it requires zoning policies, there are still some challenges. There are still obstacles to the implementation of the resource variable and the social, political and economic environment.
This study aims to explain how the skills needed for successful collaboration between the government, the private sector, and the community are as a solution for social rehabilitation of slum settlements. The case chosen was a collaboration between PT Astra International, the sub-district government, and the people of the East Keputih Tegal Sub district, Surabaya City which is a CSR fund management program. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using primary data collection techniques (interviews, observation and documentation). The theory used in this research is collaborative governance skills according to (Donahue Zeckhauser, 2011). The results show that the success of Collaborative Governance that occurs between the Government, PT. ASTRA and the community can run optimally because they are able to collaborate in 4 types, namely, a) Collaboration for Productivity, b) Collaboration for Information; c) Collaboration for Legitimacy Collaborative governance; and d) Collaboration for Resources. From the 4 types of collaboration that the researcher analyzed, all collaboration skills that occur are in accordance with the 8 skills proposed by (Donahue Zeckhauser, 2011). The success of this collaboration is because the sub-district government is able to delegate several functions to PT ASTRA and the community. In addition, community participation can be facilitated from the beginning of the program to implementation. PT ASTRA is very professional in carrying out the delegation function given by the sub-district government and the Surabaya City Government.
