In Indonesia, the appearance of women in TikTok videos is not far from a gender-biasedsocial construction that represents a lifestyle in social life. This study aims to reveal therepresentation of the meaning of the female icon on video shows on TikTok social media,besides that it will also analyze and reconstruct the female icon on video shows onTikTok social media. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using RolandBarthes semiotic analysis. This method was used because the researcher wanted to knowand analyze in depth about the phenomenon of the meaning of the Women's Icon onvideo shows on TikTok social media, using documentation techniques, data literacy andinterviews with several semiotic experts. The results of the study show that video showson TikTok social media tend to represent women with gender-biased themes and ways.Women's bodies are exploited for commercial purposes in the social media industry. Thepresence of women in TikTok video shows is a communication strategy as a point ofview.
This study aims to analyze how the existence of Islamic law and positive law synergize in protecting consumer rights in buying and selling, especially in buying and selling preloved goods. Although the sale and purchase of pre-loved goods has become increasingly popular recently, it turns out that Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia have already regulated it, especially Islamic law which has been around for a long time to protect the rights of consumers as parties who are vulnerable to risks and losses in buying and selling transactions. buy preloved items. In this transaction the seller and the buyer are not in the same assembly which is very at risk of fraud or crime. The issue of honesty and concern for the owner of the goods (the seller) for the condition of the goods is often the cause of the noise in the transactions carried out. This type of research is qualitative research or literature (Library Research), namely research that takes data sources obtained through research books related to the discussion of the main problems to be discussed. In addition, the author also utilizes library data in the form of books, books, articles, journals, and studies that have relevance to the subject matter that will be discussed in this journal. The focus and research questions are about how the concept of consumer protection in Islamic law and the analysis of Islamic law on consumer protection in buying and selling preloved beavers are contained in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection Article 4 paragraphs 1 to 9. The existence of the Protection Act Consumer Law (UUPK) and the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES) and muamalah fiqh become important variables in the achievement and protection of consumer rights. The results of this study indicate that Islamic law and positive law have regulated this buying and selling business so that consumers, as parties who are often disadvantaged, need not hesitate to make transactions. Islamic law and positive law together create a healthy buying and selling environment for the convenience, security, and benefit of consumers and business actors when making transactions for buying and selling preloved goods
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment on the employees of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati. The population in this study were all 64 people of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The total sample is 64 respondents. The variables in this study are motivation (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and employee work quality (Y). Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used: classic assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test. Multiple regression analysis, t test, F test (Fairness Test Model / Goodness Of Fit Model), test the coefficient of determination (R2), The results of this study are: 1). Motivation has an effect on the quality of work of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The test results show the t arithmetic value of 2.541, and using a significance limit of 0.05, while t table n = 64 is 1.998, then t arithmetic 2.541 > t table 1.998, which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, significant < 0.05 or (0.002 < 0.05). Thus it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence of motivation on the quality of employee work. 2) Organizational commitment has an effect on the quality of work of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The test results show the t-count value is 2.952 and uses a significance limit of 0.05, while t-table n = 64 is 1.998, then t-count is 1.952 > t-table is 1.998, which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, significant <0.05 or ( 0.002 < 0.05). Thus it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence of organizational commitment on the quality of employee work. The suggestions given are: 1) Leaders of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati should motivate their employees to work by providing welfare assistance, providing a sense of security, encouraging employees to interact with each other and work together between subordinates and superiors and fellow co-workers, giving awards 2) Leaders of KSPPS Harapan employees The Pati people should pay more attention to the organization's commitment to employees, because some employees still feel that their work needs have not been fulfilled, and the leadership of the organization to be further improved, instilling in their hearts that employees will lose if they leave the organization
