Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya minat dan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah managemen operasional di masa pandemi covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar managemen operasional di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa di Prodi Managemen STIE Semarang Tahun Akademik 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, angket, dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar managemen operasional di masa pandemi covid-19 bahwa penggunaan metode PBL dapat meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Pada pembelajaran pra siklus terdapat 41% (9 mahasiswa) memperoleh skor minat belajar ≥30 (standar minimal) dan 54% (12 mahasiswa) memperoleh hasil tes diatas 75,00 (KKM). Pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan, 77% (17 mahasiswa) memperoleh skor minat belajar ≥ 30 dan sebesar 73% (16 mahasiswa) mencapai ketuntasan hasil belajar. Pada siklus 2 kembali mengalami peningkatan, 86% (19 mahasiswa) mencapai ketuntasan skor minat belajar dan sebanyak 90% (20 mahasiswa) mencapai ketuntasan hasil belajar. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode PBL dapat meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah managemen operasional.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh promosi online dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi adalah konsumen Musalimah Collcetion yang berada di Kota Jepara satu tahun pada tahun 2019,. sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancaara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode Analisa yang digunakan adalah, analisis regresi berganda, uji statistik t , uji statistik F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa promosi online berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisiensi regresi sebesar 0.219. sedangakan untuk nilai t hitung ( 4.783) > t tabel (1,66) angka signifikansi = 0,000< a = 0,05. Dan persepsi harga juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisiensi regresi sebesar 0,257. Sedangkan untuk nilai t hitung t hitung (4.712) > t tabel (1,66) angka signifikansi = 0,000 < a = 0,05.
The purpose of this study was to find out Compensation, Competence, Work Discipline either partially or simultaneously on the performance of nurses at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. The research method used multiple regression analysis, this study at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. The results showed that Compensation had a significant positive effect on the performance of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang Employees. Competence also had a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang, Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang.
Public opinion regarding the quality of public organization services is an interesting issue in recent years, especially after the many complaints from the public that states that it is not as expected by the community. One of the services available at the LLDIKTI office is the management of functional Lecturer and other functional staff. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of management services of functional position, determine the suitability of service user expectations with the performance of functional position management services and determine priority policies that can be applied in improving the quality of functional position management services in LLDIKTI Region VIII. The number of samples from the population determined by the Krejcie and Morgan table was 357 people. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, calculating the value of the community satisfaction survey (SKM), and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Analysis. The results of this study shows the level of satisfaction using the community satisfaction survey (SKM) included in the quality of service B with a score of 82.24 with the GOOD category. Conformity level is the average of the score of the implementation level and the average score of the importance level is 93.89%. Based on the results of the Cartesian diagram, the element of service quality that needs to be prioritized for improvement in its implementation is the element of item suitability with the type of service, clarity of flow in service procedures and clarity of information about service procedures. Suggestions that can be given are an increase in the clarity of information on the management of functional positions can be done by increasing the use of the web and the user data-based notification system
