Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional para pimpinan di salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Tangerang terhadap information system success model (kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan). Demikian juga mengukur pengaruh ketiga variabel mocel tersebut terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem e-learning di kampus. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 170 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan SEM dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketiga variabel information system success model. Demikian juga, kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem e-learning. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi pijakan penelitian sejenis berikutnya, yang hingga saat ini masih relative minim eksplorasi.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of e-Trust to e-Loyalty, the relationship of e-Service Quality to e-Loyalty and the relationship of e-trust to e-Service Quality. The research method used in this research is quantitative research and explanatory survey. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 566 bank customers who use the e-Banking application. The number of respondents was 566 respondents who were selected by simple random sampling of e-Banking application users in Tangerang. To analyze the data from the measurement results of the independent and dependent variables through an online questionnaire. The statistical data processing tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.0. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that e-Trust has a positive and significant effect on e-Loyalty, e-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on e-Loyalty, e-Trust has a positive and significant effect on e-Service Quality.
Memotivasi pegawai layanan public seperti para pegawai Puskesmas, lebih-lebih pada era pandemic ini, menjadi hal yang sangat krusial bagi setiap unit Puskesmas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur korelasi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap motivasi pelayanan public, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi basic need satisfaction. Data dikumpulkan dari 73 pegawai Puskesmas, termasuk para dokter di dalamnya, yang bekerja pada Puskesmas di Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan survei konfirmasi dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik servant leadership memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi pelayanan public pegawai Puskesmas, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi basic need satisfaction
Based on social cognitive theory (SCT), this study postulates team characteristics and environmental factors as the main drivers of team performance. In the proposed model of this study, team performance was positively and significantly influenced by two predictors (ie, team efficacy and psychological safety climate). Likewise, work team planning has a positive and significant effect on team performance. Data were collected from 107 questionnaires returned from samples taken by random sampling from lecturers at five private universities in Jakarta. Data were analyzed using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that team efficacy and psychological safety climate have a positive and significant effect on team work planning and team performance. Likewise, work team planning has a positive and significant effect on team performance. In addition, empirical testing of this study, by investigating lecturers at private universities in Jakarta, complements the application of social cognitive theory in understanding team performance. Finally, the managerial implications of team performance and open problems for future studies are discussed at the end of the research report.
